give
or
read
Google
reviews,
but
my
experience
is
absolutely
worth
sharing.
This
week
I
was
traveling
as
a
trainer
with
heavy
seminar
luggage.
Right
at
the
beginning
of
my
trip,
one
wheel
of
my
4-wheeled
suitcase
said
goodbye.
The
transfers
by
train
(of
course,
as
so
often
with
spontaneous
reversed
train
sequences)
were
an
absolute
nightmare
on
the
journey.
Unfortunately,
as
a
seminar
leader,
I
don't
have
time
to
go
shopping
on
the
side.
But
I
knew
that
my
back/shoulders
wouldn't
have
been
able
to
cope
with
a
return
journey
like
the
outward
journey.
Instead
of
ordering
a
replacement
suitcase
from
Amazon
and
having
it
delivered
to
the
hotel,
I
jumped
out
of
the
taxi
for
5
minutes
on
the
way
to
the
hotel,
rushed
to
the
Leder-Hagemann
store
in
Rüdesheim,
explained
my
situation
to
a
nice
saleswoman
and
spent
5
minutes
.
later
I
was
free
of
my
worries
about
the
return
journey
and
had
a
great
travel
bag.
I
was
served
quickly,
competently
and
warmly.
That
alone
was
a
great
experience.
Unfortunately,
while
packing
2
days
later,
I
noticed
that
a
seam
was
coming
apart.
The
bag
wasn't
fully
packed,
still
unused
and
now
this...
I
called
and
was
even
able
to
give
the
saleswoman's
name
because
it
was
on
the
receipt
(a
great
idea!).
I
spoke
to
the
colleague
and
described
the
situation
in
a
friendly
manner.
I
was
immediately
confronted.
regret
was
expressed
and
a
solution
was
sought.
Such
warm
contact
again!
Unfortunately,
the
bag
was
not
available
a
second
time
in
the
color
I
wanted.
Of
course,
an
exchange
would
have
been
easiest.
In
addition,
at
the
end
of
the
seminar
I
hardly
had
any
time
to
look
for
an
alternative,
I
had
to
catch
my
train.
What
to
do?
Without
hesitation,
the
saleswoman
gave
me
her
private
cell
phone
number,
she
saved
me,
I
sent
her
photos
and
receipts
of
the
bag
via
WhatsApp.
She
immediately
addressed
the
problem
and
contacted
her
boss,
who
immediately
tried
to
find
a
solution.
I
was
informed
in
the
meantime,
free
postal
labels
were
emailed
to
me
for
a
return...
and
all
of
this
within
a
short
period
of
time,
while
I
was
able
to
continue
working
at
the
same
time
without
any
stress.
A
long
text...
but
how
differently
could
I
have
described
this
mixture
of
customer
orientation,
competence,
empathy
and
warmth?
And
it
goes
even
further:
at
the
moment
the
boss
is
checking
whether
the
bag
can
become
a
goodwill
case,
since
a
repair
is
probably
not
possible.
L-Travelite
(that's
the
producer/brand)
will
probably
comment
positively
on
this
tomorrow.
The
boss
wrote
to
me
telling
me
not
to
send
the
bag
back
immediately;
he
would
contact
me
again.
The
aim
of
these
new
lines
was
to
save
me
some
effort
if
necessary.
What
a
great
customer
focused
team!
What
a
shame
that
I
live
600km
away….
I
would
often
shop
here,
for
myself
and
for
others.
I
saw
so
many
wonderful
bags
there!

I
am
an
independent
trainer
for
emotional
intelligence,
appreciative
leadership
and,
above
all,
emotional
selling!
I
don't
know
what
more
ideas
I
should
give
you!
I
couldn't
think
of
anything.
On
the
contrary,
I
will
certainly
report
on
this
experience
often
and
warmly
recommend
you
to
others
(I
am
currently
doing
so).
Exceeding
customer
expectations
and
surprising
customers
is
what
creates
truly
loyal,
sustainable
relationships!
