We stayed here for two nights as a stopover on our trip to the lake region. When we arrived, on the way out, we were surprised that the price indicated when booking is only in cash and that parking is paid separately, so we had to go out and look for an ATM to withdraw money. I suggest they clarify this on the website. They gave us an apartment on the third floor facing the street, quite nice and well equipped. The problem was the next morning: almost constant alarms sounded since early morning that I don't know if they are from the garage or the elevator -or both-. It's like an alarm clock, impossible to sleep with that noise. Upon our return they gave us an apartment on the seventh floor, facing south. This one was worse equipped, with some things broken and missing: it had no air conditioning, there were no towels, the sheets were too small for the mattress, the shower curtain was very short and water leaked out. But the alarms were not heard.

When we arrived at the place they informed us that parking was not included, that we had to pay for it separately... obviously tired from the trip and with the car fully loaded we agreed to pay because it is a central place and there is no place to park. This morning, we got up at 6 am to continue the trip and it turns out that there is no one to open the garage until 8!!! Nobody reported it! They left our car locked... terrible experience

The department is a disaster. The paper walls, you could hear everything from the other departments. Cleanliness: none (I attach photos of the hair in the bathroom, the hallway and even in the refrigerator). Comfort: None (I attach photos of the "sheets", and if that can be called a "mattress"). The shower was down, leaking everywhere and the curtain, apart from being dirty, was short, meaning the bathroom filled with water. They charge you for parking separately. The experience was terrible, we never plan to return. I put 1 star because you can't give it 0.

Safa to sleep, bathe, have breakfast and leave! The others who complain about luxuries put more money and go to the Magic Lauchas casino! Greetings

Pessimistic attention

They charge separately for the garage and the mattress is bad. The truth is that the first time they gave us a very nice apartment but this one was an acceptable one.

Pretty bad. We arrived and there was excrement from a previous guest. They changed our room to one where the air conditioning did not work well. The toilet leaked water so it was disgusting. The remote control did not work and they told us that "the technician was going to see it" who surely does not exist because he never showed up. It is a hotel that has survived over time, they gave it a facelift and they charge you as if it were decent. The only good thing is the sushi place downstairs. We would never return.

If your desire is to have a GOOD stay and be RELAXED, this is NOT the place for you to stay!!! Although the apartment is relatively acceptable, there are many things that discourage you from wanting to stay. The attention of the staff and the manager leaves EVERYTHING to be desired. Not at all honest and much less committed to the guest and service. They tell you to make the reservation through Booking because it is "cheaper" but when you ask to be charged at that moment they do not want to do it and when you arrive at the accommodation to check in the reservation is worth two and/or up to three times more expensive. They make you cancel it later and they do not respect you or the values ​​previously informed by THEMSELVES!!, they do not have any type of attention or empathy for whoever is staying. You ask that the manager contact you directly to discuss the problem and he does NOT have the kindness, cordiality or respect to do so. Using employees to communicate things they decide and to make matters worse, they do it through WhatsApp. The lack of communication they have is the DISASTER ITSELF!

Recommendable. We stopped for one night with our pet. The spacious studio apartment and the cleanliness seemed correct to me. The only detail is that the atmosphere was filled with the smell of smoke. They couldn't change our room because there was no other room, but they didn't even get any air freshener.

It is very small, the bathroom is uncomfortable and when you shower all the water comes out, the kitchen utensils are dirty (greased), the air conditioning is only in the bedroom and it shows! The apartment itself is very hot, the location would be the only thing recommended

We immediately notified us of the situation, the manager after reviewing it, confirming the situation with his own eyes and giving empty excuses, moved us to another apartment... The least we expected was for it to be the same, but NO... less furnished and in the air conditioning didn't cool anything!!! just when it was 38°... We slept very badly, we trusted that the change would be for the better and it was totally for the worse and not to mention the mosquitoes, where the shoe prints of previous guests did not prove to be an isolated case. .. They had no consideration at all... "The" remote control for the "two" televisions did not work on either of them, since they are poorly configured universal ones. When I claimed it, they said it was too much for them but that they were going to leave it marked so that the "technician" could review it the next day 🤣... Obviously it never arrived... I hope my words and discontent help you in choosing this place.
