The best store for decorations hands down! Beautiful items. I can't stress that enough. The staff is very friendly as well.

Furniture with better style than Ikea. Priceyer than the buffet stires, but on occasion you'll find good deals. Free parking.

They seem to have adopted the Ikea trapped in a maze concept. Interesting store with allot of interesting things of a different sort of style. A bit eclectic, but with a more art deco mindset that I've grown to appreciate. Having their catalog at home helps to better see all that's available. They've got some pretty cool stuff that avoids the everybody has, everybody has seen flavor that's all to common with Ikea wares.

Sofa bed had mulitiple large stains on delivery. Our responsibility to clean it apparently. One stain came out. Days later we are still waiting for the company to respond about the stain that had not come out. It would be a mistake to buy anything here considering the abysmal customer service. Who wants to spend a lot of money for a piece of furniture that is basically secondhand? Ikea is right next store and at least takes customer complaints seriously. A rough summary of all the German reviews here would be: We didn't buy anything but the place looked nice - award five stars We actually bought something - give one star and never again Bottom line = 4 stars

I was in the shop last week with my wife and needed help. Only one employee helped me and she was already speaking with two other customers. Outstanding service from this lady. Thanks Depy. ☺ She can speak English also.

Good furniture, lovely showroom, but a failure at the rest of the process of selling furniture. Good, quality furniture at a descent price. Easy to order, the threshold for free shipping is a bit high though. Great place to get furniture until you have any sort of issue. Customer service at corporate is garbage. We’ve filed all the paperwork for an October MwSt refund/tax free purchase, yet they still haven’t processed it after 4.5 months. We placed a separate order in November and that took only a month to refund. Customer service has been useless during the process and has asked for the same paperwork multiple times and just told us to wait, and wait, and wait. Delivery is a major issue. Received a bed twice with mismatched boxes from different bed sets, though the boxes clearly stated to they were supposed to be part of a set. First time the bed was mismatched and wouldn’t assemble correctly. Second time we modified it to make it work. Their delivery company, Rhenus, is mediocre at best and were rude to my wife when she tried to point out the issues with the first bed. Brought this up to Maisons du Monde and they just ignored it.

Expensive but very low-quality items. It's a fancy china market with the prices of a luxury store. They have one of the worst customer services ever, so forget the return option. This is the table I bought after 1.5 months. Full of marks and scratches. GO to IKEA next Door and you will be better off.

Pretty but Expensive, very low quality items. Its basically a fancy china market with prices of a luxury store. They have one of the worst customer service ever and it only gets topped by their delivery service partner Rhenus. The useless service center which can be pretty rude adds to an overall customer disappointing GO to IKEA next Door and you will be better off. Hands Down.

We have tried to reach this store by phone for 3 days now to see if they have an item in stock before driving over 100km to get it. NOBODY picks up or answers an email for that matter. I know things are a bit different due to Corona crisis, however I have dialed nonstop for 1.5 hours. Wondering how customer service would be if you have an issue with a product. Considering buying somewhere else...
