I came from Holland to have fun here, unfortunately I was exposed to racist attitudes by some employees of the Polish population. They bothered me a lot even though I followed their instructions respectfully. More than once they prevented me from swimming in swim area (1.5 meter high) even I was 171cm (others were allowed to swim in that area) . To avoid problems with them, I left the place even though I paid for the ticket. Unfortunately, it is a racist attitude. I ask the Germans in charge of the place to prevent the occurrence of such attitudes towards others and to hold accountable people who aim to annoy customers with incorrect pretexts. I visited this place on 04-07-2021 at 14:17 PM.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung! I was in the sauna in my bathing suit because it was not women only sauna, I was sitting on my towel, two workers came telling me that I have to be naked, when I asked why do I have to be naked they became very rude and told me to leave the sauna immediately. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior, I felt attacked. I don't understand why didn't they approach the situation more politely.

Really nice swimming pool and amazing black hole 🕳️ water slide with sound! Many different pools also for practice and just to relax including jacuzzis.

If you are looking for a fun place for you and your children go there! It is very affordable. If you want to spent 2 hours and stay longer you only pay the amount of money you would have spent anyways and no other extra charge. That is very fair. The staff is friendly. My son and I are going there for years now.

Amazing place in Germany

Went with my 8-month old baby in stroller. It's very baby-friendly. There are pools with different depths for babies/kids of all ages. Family/group changing rooms are spacious. Very impressive is the baby bathtub, really practical and helpful. Was a really good experience.

Good place for enjoy with family.

Great place to spend a sunny and hot summer day. It is very family-friendly. Has several pools, including a baby pool, a water slide and a swimming pool (although this last one gets overcrowded with people and it's rather difficult to make laps). It has a bar where one can find typical german fast food and icecream. It also has big grass plains, with a volleyball net and football goals. Showers, changing rooms and toilets too. A negative point is that the pools get quote crowded with people.
