Wir fanden es super lustig, haben richtig coole Fotos gemacht und hatten eine Menge Spaß. Das Personal war freundlich zu uns, der Ablauf funktionierte reibungslos und wir konnten uns eine witzige Zeit machen. Es war nicht überfüllt und die Besucher haben Rücksicht aufeinander genommen. Leider sind einige Utensilien und Kulissen doch schon sehr abgeranzt und müssten dringend mal geputzt, repariert oder erneuert werden. Trotzdem definitiv einen Ausflug wert!

Positiv : Wir haben einige richtig coole Fotos in geilen Locations machen können! Es wurde regelmäßig von einem Mitarbeiter herumgegangen und alles desinfiziert! Negativ : Für einige „Räume“ sind Gruppe die größer sind als 3 Personen nicht geeignet . Es kann immer jemand nicht mit aufs Bild weil ja ein Foto gemacht werden muss ! Die vorhandenen Stative und Ringlichter haben keine Halterung für ein Handy. Wir waren zwar selbst gut ausgestattet mit Handyhalter und Bluetoothauslöser aber dafür sind viele Räume dann doch zu klein oder groß und es gibt wenig Möglichkeiten diese abzustellen! Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern völlig ungeeignet , da Wickeltaschen und Fläschchen nicht mit rein genommen werden dürfen ! Wir waren eine große Gruppe und konnten den eigentlich gebuchten Termin wegen erkrankten nicht wahrnehmen! Leider ist man in diesen Fällen Seitens des Museums sehr unflexibel und nicht besonders Kulant. Tipps : 1-2 Mitarbeiter die einem mal zur Verfügung stehen für Fotos wären gut , die Möglichkeit einen Gutschein erwerben zu können wäre super um nicht sofort einen Timeslot buchen zu müssen und seid flexibler für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder beschränkt den Zugang zum Beispiel auf Personen ab 6 Jahren. 3 Sterne weil ich mich sehr über die Fotos freue !

Wir würden es zwar wieder machen aber nur wegen der Aufmachung der Räume und vorallem nicht im Sommer. Außerdem muss man selbst noch besseres Foto Equipment wie Licht und selfie Stäbe mitnehmen damit man auch gut beleuchtete Gruppen Bilder machen kann. Leider steht nicht in jedem Raum ein Tisch wo man eventuell das Stativ daraufstellen könnte.

Wenn sich jemand beschweren möchte nimmt man diesen an die Seite und lässt nicht alle anderen Kunden dabei zuhören wie eine Situation zu eskalieren droht.
