A great place to just sit down and relax, people often run and jog here. You can bring your food and yoga mat for exercise or just reading your book here. The view is pretty nice and you can see the sunset with a view of the Rhine River. This is also a great place to enjoy the sun and river together. There are lot of events happening at this place so you can join them as well. In short, this is a highly suitable place if you are alone and looking for some happening place.

Excellent Grassland(River Rhine Meadows) in the immediate vicinity of the old town,(Altstadt).. An ideal place for Düsseldorfers and visitors to relax from their all day stress in the very bright sunshine.

Busy busy busy... u can Rest very well just by yourself on the grass for picnic or just a beer. Great place to meet up. Some restaurants are presents and u can get beach like chairs for a small fee if u dont want to see on the grass. City Center is just a few hundred metres from the rhine with plenty restaurants, bars, shops and much more to see.Sunset is always beautiful at the Rhine....

Wonderful place to walk. A bit confusing with the bike lane so be careful.

Great walk along the river, lots of little places to eat and drink, people dancing, and beautiful sunsets

it was a nice scenery the Apollowiese had almost no trash on it there was good social distancing

Chill and relax

Meadow's fine. It's not overfilled with people. But it's not really clean and even though the view is great, you won't stay there for too long. But you should give it a try when you're there. Maybe I just had bad luck. 💁🏼‍♂️

Beautiful view of the Rhine on a sunny day, however tends to get overcrowded when sunny.

A nice place to chill out and watch Zombies pass by :)
