The
Altstadt
Rheinufer
car
park
is
located
very
centrally
in
the
old
town,
but
you
can
only
get
in
via
the
Rheinufer
tunnel
and
when
you
exit
you
have
to
pay
attention
to
where
you
want
to
go,
there
is
the
north
or
south
exit!
I
only
went
in
because
the
public
transport
in
Düsseldorf
was
on
strike
again
and
couldn't
cancel
my
appointment.
Relatively
clean
parking
garage,
3
elevators
to
the
exit.
Points
are
deducted
for
the
fact
that
the
costs
and
parking
time
are
unfortunately
only
billed
by
the
hour.
It's
a
shame
that
it's
not
billed
by
minutes
-
or
at
least
every
quarter
of
an
hour!
That
means
you
have
to
pay
a
hefty
8
euros
for
1
hour
and
5
minutes
of
parking.
(Always
4
euros
per
hour!)
In
NL
they
are
more
advanced
and
more
accommodating
with
minute
billing,
so
changing
cars
would
be
quicker
and
more
efficient,
most
customers
would
then
probably
stay
there
longer
to
make
it
happen
Worth
it
given
the
very
high
parking
fees!
