Centrally located with a large selection of outdoor goods. The store has three levels in total in a well organized layout. There was a decent selection for each sport with helpful staff which were ready to help.

Very frustrating that prices were not on display for the majority of shoes/boots. I want to be able to see this in advance of troubling a salesperson to show me something out of my price range. This is just basic service. Price should always be clearly visible. Poor selection for kids too.

Great selection of outdoor equipment, but the prices will make yours eyes tear up. Typical Deutsch customer service (they ignore you, then act annoyed when you try to buy something).

Quite a nice place to get your hiking gear. Staff are very nice and they have time for you. However the prices are steep! I wanted to buy a deuter hiking bag. I luckily the colour I wanted was not available. I went home and did some online research and found the average online price is 1/3 less that what it was displayed at the store room. So with this shop, avoid impulse buying and go do your home work.

Eventhough the service to try the mountain shoes was not bad, the big surprise for me came on the very narrow and lack of customer focus to close the sale. Finally I did not buy it there, so I found a great alternative ( same mountain shoes ) with better treatment and price. You might consider then buy in small local shops in the city.

Jörg was the best! He patiently explained completely about the shoes , gave correct size shoes whenever we asked for inspire of more people to attend . Thanks for making our visit so pleasant.

Not a lot of options available in the brands advertised online such as Patagonia or Arc'teryx. Although, since I visited just after holidays, that could be the reason for low stock availability.

Nice bags and clothes for tracker and wanderer, plus all needed if you go wild places. With nice consulting, too. Pricing is better compared to similar, and the choice is big. Plus ok labels
