Great views, comfortable chaises with umbrellas, folding chairs and blankets to hang out on. Oh and a bar too.

The location is nice, but the shop here is an absolute scam. Prices clearly stated on the board, but not honored; the staff charges more anyway and is incapable of saying anything but "Computer says. Boss says." The guy "running security" on the filthy toilets is just as bad. When you approach him he will continually cut you off to repeat "one" and stick his finger up in the air while talking to his friend on the phone. Do yourself a favor and buy all your drinks at a kiosk around the corner before coming here. There will still be people walking around trying to scam you into buying a vape, but if you tell them "I don't speak German", they'll become lost in thought wondering what exotic place this strange "English" language comes from and walk away back to the daycare center they strayed from.

The service is rude. They mentioned that the waiter will come in couple of minutes, but in 10 minutes they told that it will take 30-40 minutes or more. Just didn't want to serve us and sent us I to the self service queue instead.

Awful place. They charge quite some deposit on their plastic cups. When I left I wanted to return the cups. People at the register told me I had to wait in the long line at the other register. While they were holding money in their hands. It was absolutely ridiculous. They wanted me to wait +\-10 minutes to collect my deposit. Never going to this place again.

Worst service in my life and a very bad attitude from the staff, don’t go there

Visited at 14:00 on Sunday, you need to pay a deposit for glasses/cups, which is perfectly fine, if only the return process would be well organized. I had to stand in the same queue as people, who want to buy drinks, I asked if this is the correct way of a person working there, they said “yes, that is the concept”. There were also two other people working at the place at least and no, you have to stand with all people for at least 20 min if you just want to return your glasses. Completely spoiled my impression of this place

The best place to enjoy the weather of Düsseldorf

Very nice place to chill and do nothing, just enjoying the view, listening relaxing music, watching people passing by... it really feels like you're on vacation.
