Super competent and friendly staff, cool ambiente

I switched to Mr. Alius about three years ago on a recommendation because my previous dentist unfortunately didn't take my "healthy teeth" or my jaw problems into account. As an "anxious patient", I can also recommend the treatments with confidence; he works very competently and conscientiously and also responds sensitively to the patient. My teeth were cleaned by an employee who is super nice and does her job very well. The practice is stylishly furnished and great attention is paid to hygiene.

Dr. Alius is a disaster both professionally and communicatively. Dr Alius made me a temporary – and it fell out twice! Can you believe that? He used the wrong glue. So unprofessional! Honestly, it was extremely painful. But now comes the real madness: After two years he sends me an invoice for 900 euros for a service that I never received. Absolute madness! I have never experienced something like that.

I have been an extremely satisfied patient for many years. Dr. Alius is highly competent, also carries out holistic treatments and does excellent craftsmanship. Dr. Alius is very empathetic, trustworthy, precise, with the highest standards and results. I particularly like the alternative dentistry and the high quality ceramic implants. Fast appointments, fast top solutions in all respects. The best dentist I have met so far. Very modern, hygienic practice rooms with a great ambience. The dental assistants are also very nice and Ms. Schäfer at the registration desk is always very friendly and competent. We have only been in Nuremberg for 3 years and were looking for a good ZA. I am very careful and demanding when it comes to dental practices, having worked in one myself for 20 years. Here, as a patient, you are given very good advice, listened to and taken seriously. The scheduling here is such that you don't spend 5 hours sitting in the W room. The whole team is always very friendly and helpful, there is a relaxed atmosphere in the air as soon as you enter the practice. Everything is very bright, inviting, no smell of a hospital, everything is well maintained and nicely furnished, including the consultation rooms and units, with the most modern equipment. Top quality, top advice, top team! I'm glad I've been with this practice for so long :) keep up the good work! A visit to the dentist is never the most pleasant thing for me, but I have had a few procedures done and I can say that I have always been taken great care of. In particular, Jochen Alius is a perfectionist who is a pleasure to have at your side, especially when it comes to aesthetics. PS: I would like to come back for a check-up :)

Great practice! After being a patient for several years, I went to the practice for my first teeth cleaning in January 2020 and received friendly and competent care. The teeth cleaning in particular was very pleasant, no pain, no bleeding gums and no sensitivity afterwards. Gladly again!
