My girlfriend and I had a great shopping experience in this beautiful Marco Polo store on Saturday July 22nd, 2023. The employees gave us great advice, showed us nice combination options and enthusiastically presented their goods. We bought a dress, a sweater, several tank tops, and a cool pair of terry cloth shorts. We felt very comfortable, we were impressed by the friendliness, competence and customer orientation and we will come back.

I have been buying in the shop for years when I am in Timmendorf. Very, very attentive and friendly staff. Not intrusive but always attentive. A big thank you to all the employees in the store.

Another great sales experience... you are greeted in a friendly manner, the salespeople are present, not pushy and very competent. I just wanted to look for a pair of trousers and I went home with a complete outfit (50% sale for a good price).. and before that there was a glass of champagne on the house to relax 😂 that makes shopping on vacation fun. I'll be back.

Courteous, not intrusive, fashionable and offer coffee, champagne and water. Very nice staff and atmosphere, especially the store manager. A week ago I was at Marco Polo and the service there was very friendly and courteous. I particularly liked the very honest advice. Many thanks to the nice saleswomen and especially the nice gentleman at the checkout. I will gladly come again.

I can only agree with the various negative reviews about this store. Hard to beat in terms of arrogance, the managing director writes his own rules here. Despite the 30-day exchange right according to the terms and conditions, he refuses to take the goods back and is also unpleasant and disrespectful. I don't think this sales behavior is in the spirit of Marc O' Polo.
