We had to wait for 2 hours for the kids meals. Only 2 out of 8 meals arrived after 30 minutes, remaining 6 kids meals 1,5 hours later… stressed out kids and parents 😖. For the adults pizza rucola arrived without rucola and without advising nor proposing something else. The bill contained drinks we did not order. When asking for an explanation or compensation for the bad service, the owner told us they would call the police if we’d write a bad review. Never happened to us before… pls check my other previous reviews being very positive. Will never return to this place.

A beautiful place for dinner in center of Neustadt city and inforont of historical church. It is a typical Italian restaurant with little touch of German. Staff was so polite and nice. We were almost 25 people for dinner there . Food was nice including different types of Pizza, Pasta and other Itilian dishes. Rates are also not too high. Definitely recommended if you want to have some Italian touch in the town.

Very good food everything was perfect service was to kind and fully professional. I strongly recommend that place for someone that wants to taste something from Italy or Mediterranean delicacies in general. Thank very very much. Till next time!!

We both loved the food. Nice variety of traditional and more experimental dishes. Try the items of the weekly changing menu! Friendly and quick service.

Gianni'food is okay. Not excellent, but good. What is NOT good is the time needed to actually GET the food to the table. 45 minutes for Pasta Cuore and a pizza is WAAAAY too long, especially when our plates went right under our noses to be given to other clients (who obviously ordered the same we wanted AFTER us). So, if you don't mind STARVING while waiting for your food to arrive, be my guest. (We were given faint, perfunctory reasons for the delay, which didn't help.) Oh, and another detail... If you want to pay with a card, that's a no go (despite the fact that the payment restriction isn't mentioned anywhere.) So, will I recommend the restaurant? Negative.
