    In one week we went there 4 times. Each and every dish arrive like an art. The best Sushi I have ever ate. Thank you for it and for the great service. We will surely see you again.

    Food could be okay for a better price. You don’t get much. They forgot half of my order even after I asked them to double check. The service could be better and more polite.

    Best food experience we had in Germany! The chef is not less than a master or a wizard! Amazing variety, all dishes were top notch, even catering the needs of vegan party members

    The alcohol free cocktails are amazing! Many interesting and yummy options. Also, the crunchy sushi is fantastic.

    Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great food. Portions are very generous and so many options you are bound to find something you love. Staff are attentive and very helpful. Our family has gone back many times during our weeks vacation and this has certainly been a highlight of Hinterzarten.

    Place with a lot of potential but a few basics let it down. Service is slow (even for drinks), purely transactional and the 1 request made for my main meal didn't happen. When asked if everything was OK, I had mentioned my request, but no response. Sauce with my meal (chicken, vegetable & cashew) was disappointing and a Gravy at best, same as served with my partners surf n turf. My partner also had an upset stomach after eating the surf n turf putting a question over the prawns. A great menu with a lot of potential but didn't deliver for us I'm afraid.
