close
loyal
customer
to
L’Osteria
restaurant,
I
was
shocked
today
about
the
service,
I
had
the
worse
experience
ever
in
ULM
branch,
I
have
been
to
many
branches
around
europe,
especially
München
where
I
live,
and
I
always
order
my
favorite
pasta,
pizza
and
drinks
with
not
a
single
issue.
But
today
I
had
a
bad
experience
in
this
branch,
with
an
employee
his
name
is
“Mario”
,
he
was
rude
and
arrogant
since
we
sat
,
I
was
explaining
my
order
for
him,
that
I
want
extra
salami
on
my
pizza
and
I
want
it
cut
in
half
for
me
and
my
girlfriend,
also
to
have
lemon
in
my
cola
with
ice,
and
Mario
was
rushing
the
order
in
a
way,
he
started
walking
away
while
I
was
talking
to
him.
Then,
we
had
our
Pasta,
but
the
pizza
never
came,
after
20
minutes,
the
pizza
came
,
not
cut,
no
salami
and
cola
with
no
ice
or
lemon.
The
mistake
happened
because
Mario
never
listened
carefully
and
he
started
walking
away
while
I
was
ordering
without
bye
or
thank
you
or
anything.
Then
they
said
they
will
bring
us
our
pizza,
but
we
waited
for
extra
35
minutes
with
no
pizza,
so
over
all
one
hour
without
getting
the
right
order.
It
ended
up
for
us
talking
to
a
manager
who
was
helpful
and
us
canceling
the
pizza
and
pay
for
our
food
without
having
our
pizza
and
leaving
Ulm.
I
hope
someone
would
take
this
complaint
seriously.
