So far I have been very enthusiastic about the DZHI's services and the professional competence of the doctors. I'm all the more shocked that my acute appointment (for which I had to wait 3 months) was canceled 3 weeks in advance due to a doctor's absence. Unfortunately, despite repeated requests, a new appointment is no longer possible or I have to wait 6 months! It's a shame, because competent and reliable medical care is of no use to me if there's a problem making an appointment. There is an urgent need for action... as a GERMAN CENTER for heart failure!

Really really good !! They found a very rare disease in me that was overlooked by other specialists for almost 20 years and was therefore treated incorrectly. It changed my life and I am very grateful for that. The aftercare is also very good. A thank you to the entire team, those who played their part in my recovery.

So far the staff has always been friendly and accommodating. I am very satisfied and feel in good hands here.
