A small pond near Schluchsee. There is a bathing beach and sunbathing lawn. The circular route leads through a small piece of forest where you can also see beavers!

A very beautiful pond. The circular route around the pond is 3 kilometers long. There are some benches/seating options with a wonderful view of the pond.

Nice little pond. Can be circled on a beautifully landscaped, narrow path (approx. 3km). On this path you will pass numerous benches. In many places you can discover traces of beavers on the banks. Unfortunately, one side of the pond is along the railway tracks and the other is on the main road.

The lake is very clean and very large, lots of space for swimming and great fun with the stand up paddle. You don't have to pay an entrance fee. Dogs are allowed and also go into the water. Unfortunately there are not that many official parking spaces, so you have to be lucky. There are also no toilets and you have to walk a bit to the kiosk or a hotel.

Nice lake for swimming, supping and using rubber boats. Can be crowded when the weather is hot.

Nice trip with great impressions. The Windgfällweiher is not far from Schluchsee. Since there are few parking spaces, you should make your way to the pond first thing in the morning. The circular route is very easy to walk and there are plenty of places to sit. There is also a beautiful outdoor swimming pool there.

A really small pond that is idyllically located in the forest. the water, however, is very refreshing. Drinks are provided from a small caravan.

The review below has been published for years. Now all of a sudden this is said to violate Google's guidelines. Quite strange!! AI is probably heavily involved here and judges things that it cannot judge because it is not capable of doing so or is programmed incorrectly. The location is not bad. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the lake, but you have to block out the noise from the street. It's full of bikers from the neighboring country who go out to eat cheaply. The menu is clear but the taste is not great. There are better huts in the Black Forest.

Easy to reach by train. From the train station you walk 1 km to the lake or the small beach. The path mostly goes through the forest and is very easy for both children and older people. You can go directly to the lake or to the beach. Not overcrowded and there is a small kiosk for food. Admission from €2-2.50. The lake is pretty clean, no trash and there is also a shower. You can also rent paddle boards, the price is €18/hour. but a bit exaggerated as the lake is relatively small and paddling through the shallow water is a bit unspectacular. Here you can spend a really nice, relaxing day in beautiful nature.

Beautiful lake that invites you to linger! The signposted circular route (3km) leads through absolutely idyllic pine forests. Highly recommended for a stopover.

I loved this lake, full of life in summer, happy people, warm water but also fresh and good for this heat season.

Clear water, a lot of nice shoreline and facilities to rent boats, SUP and similar. Overall a beautiful little lake.

Small lake (comparing to Schluchsee and Titisee) but very beautiful and calm. I want to go there for sup yoga, but maybe there will be a lot of people in the high season (I'll re-edit it in the future).

Pretty peaceful, clean and tidy. Sunny weekend could bring parking issues.
