Placed an order haven’t received it and no correspondence from the company I’ve sent over 15 emails

I'm not sure what's going on?? I ordered levers over two weeks ago and I haven't received any update on my order. I've emailed them everyday with only one response saying "Unfortunately, something went wrong with your order. We will send you the order again today." I haven't received a tracking number, email or anything since. I just don't understand the lack of professionalism. I paid good money for this product and am starting to feel like I got scammed. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I previously posted a review. Immediately after my review Rick's motorcycles- and parts contacted me. I found that very positive and above all professional. They explained to me what the temporary logistical problem was for some parts and that they demonstrably did everything they could to solve this and they have now also tackled and solved it very decisively. This is a company that writes and realizes the German 'grundlichkeit' in capital letters. Very special and highly recommended.

After some over-the-pond communication issues I found the service to be more then acceptable. I'm in the service business myself and I know how tough it can be. Lea stepped up to the plate and all is well.
