A very nice place to stay when in Neustadt. It is very clean and tidy and there is a spa and restaurant in the premises. The spa has 2 saunas and some places to relax, as well as massage service (booking required and extra cost). The restaurant has very tasty dishes and the staff is very polite and helpful. The offer drinks until late in the night and dinner until 22:00. There is also a wine gallery where you can taste and buy bottles of tasty wine. The hotel offers a nice breakfast with lots of different dishes. Overall a nice experience !

Very comfortable hotel in an very nice ambience. Very clean and modern. Dogs are welcome and no fee's are charged. It's close to the centre and to the railway station. Parking is available. I can only recommend this hotel.

Good place to stay in Neustadt. Nicely renovated. Unfortunately I did not have time to check out the restaurant.

This hotel deserves 5 stars. The room was spacious and had 4 comfortable beds for us and our kids. The bathroom had a rain shower. Everything was clean and the standard of the interior was very high. The restaurant in the hotel at first glimpse looked pricey. But after eating there I can assure you the quality of ingredient you could taste and the meal was worth the price. The breakfast buffet was a good mix of food to satisfy everyone and fresh eggs are offered to every guest. The seller of the hotel hosts 120 different types of gin we sadly could not all try. But we had chance to taste the one or the other while being hosted at the bar for a drink in the evenings. We were welcomed by the nicest staff who were highly helpful when ever we needed any of their services. The receptionist, the waiter at the restaurant as well as the cook cared for our needs and always had a smile on their face. All over this is a beautiful old building turned into a modern hotel filled with wonderful staff. I am sure you will be satisfied with your stay at this hotel.

Stayed during the off season. Dog friendly, big spacious room, and nice shower. Spa and breakfast was included. Connected restaurant was awesome. The breakfast was good. I don’t think I would have paid 18€ for it though. The bar in the hotel wasn’t open/active. The spa lacks signage. Behind the front desk/bar there is a sign for the WC it is to the right of it. Parking near the pizzeria side would have been easier, after I got my key. Looks like a good location to go to during wine season.

Clean room which is big enough. Nice walk-in shower. Location is good, not that busy and close to the train/bus station.

Excellent rooms, the breakfast later the morning in the middle of the week very disappointing with smoked salmon and cheese offered not appetizing and not worth spending extra 15 Euro. But may have been a bad day.

We tried to book a room with air conditioning but our Deluxe room did not have this. Because of the high temperature, we did not sleep very well and asked for a room change. We did not get an apology. Instead, the hotel staff made us pay 20 euros extra to change, even though the room rate was the same, the room was smaller and also very noisy. We did not feel welcome at this hotel.

Good location and decent breakfast, but if you like a place where you can sleep well, look elsewhere. I got a room near the main street, where trucks and train pass with enough noise through closed windows and shutters to wake me up about every 2-3 hours. Now any decent hotel would know that and be willing to either relocate their guests or give a discount. PalatinA instead CHARGES EXTRA for this "service" thats required by their poor setup. For three days I tried politely and patiently, including my offer to even carry my bedding to the new room myself. Instead I got an brusque owner telling me that the option to sleep is only available in their deluxe room and not in their regular 90€ rooms. Facing lack of sleep and unprofessional incompetence, this has been on one of my worst hotel experiences in almost 10 years of business trips. But yeah, the location is nice, close to city and station. If that's all you need and want to spend on the deluxe rooms for the sleep upgrade, fair enough.

Nice service and friendly staff. Great breakfast, you get the eggs exactly the way you want them. Location was central, but the view was very much parking lots and train tracks. Small “spa” with a few features like sauna and relaxing room in the basement. Nice and clean and overall good.
