Great little hotel with rustic cabins. Our cabin was above and alongside a babbling brook. This is located in a very beautiful and tranquil setting. The staff was helpful and friendly. The cabin was clean and comfortable. If you are going to the Termal Santa Rosa Hotel Visperas is a must stay for a night or two.

We came in mid-January, rainy season. The front desk said there isn't much of a mosquitoe issue; see photo (morning after 1st evening). The mosquitoes are definitely "no see'ums", because I never saw or felt 1 bite. In the US, I would consider this glamping. Definitely not what some Americans might expect, but if you bring warm clothes, and bug spray you will have an awesome experience. * internet is weak, and slow at best. * if you are coming for the hot springs, be sure you confirm separate reservations at the same time or you may not be able to get it.

Definitely a great little place to stay. They take care of all your needs and requests, unfortunately there's no restaurant service so only breakfast is served, which is very good. Would definitely go back to this place.

This hotel is amazing!!!...I keep coming back every year. It is the place where I reset and disconnect from the world. I have been in every room in the hotel. My preference is the bungalow and cabañas because they are close to the river. Luz Estella and her team are amazing people that treat you just like family. Their restaurant serves the best food and drinks for dinner and breakfast, no need to go anywhere....short distance from termales...100% recommended! I'm in love with this place!

Amazing place, very calm and chill. The area around is a gem! A beautiful park down the river, everything taken care and we'll maintained. The double room was spacious and comfortable. Sound isolation was missing a bit, as the river noise is penetrating, however you get used to it and can sleep fine. Breakfast was served to the terrasse with an unforgettable view. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. Made us feel as home.

This is hands down one of the best places I stayed at in Colombia. It's not just a hotel, but an amazing experience in and of itself. The staff are super friendly and genuine. The food is great. The location couldn't be more convenient if you want to go to the hot springs. The surroundings are majestic and breathtaking. Strongly recommended!

Amazing hotel with cabins in nature. They have a small river and the breakfast is really good. The only problem was the Internet. There wasn't a cell reception and the wifi wasn't working very well.

One of the most incredible places we have been blessed to spend a few nights. Our cabana was nestled in a tropical forest, steps away from a creek and it was like a quiet oasis. The bed was very comfortable and we could open the shutters and watch the night sky and enjoy the breeze. The food was excellent and the staff amazing. A place you definitely should not miss if you want to treat yourself to an amazing experience.

The BEST stay in Colombia! We got the rooms with the balconies facing the river. It was so peaceful to hear the water running all night and even though they did not have AC it was not needed! In the morning the complimentary breakfast was brought to our room. It was simply magical and all this for $55 dollars! FYI they have the cutest dog on the property that lives to play fetch by the river!

This is one of the best quality hotels near the Termales. Beautifully maintained gardens like a bird sanctuary on a mountain stream. Good restaurant and very comfortable.

Visited May9-11/22 Pros: Friendly staff, clean bungalós. Reasonable price. Breakfast was included And was fresh and hot! Grounds were kept immaculate and beautiful. Cons: Mattress is the hardest I’ve ever felt. rooms have no heat or AC, so it was uncomfortably cold. Bring warm pajamas and slippers.! Our TV went out the second night, but wasn’t worth calling it in as there are no phones. Shower head needed to be removed because it was spraying sideways. Toilet runs continuously until you reflush. Bottom line… compared to others in the area, I suspect this place is above average. Looking at it in prospective, it’s a decent hotel.
