This hotel is a disaster of it own. Wow! The shock you will experience entering your room is unbelievable. Dirty room, stain walls, and bathroom, dirty curtains. Stay way for your health. Bad, bad, bad.

Unprofessional and insensitive to customers needs. Liked · The breakfast on my first day was OK but they left the dishes after customers take their breakfast till the next day before they wash the dishes. Finding my location took 2hrs because they don't have any system to check in. They have a phone with their workers so no one is responsible for answering calls. I gave up calling. I wish I had not book already. Disliked · I was there for 3-days but was served 1 day breakfast which am entitled to. My room was not cleaned when I was there. Infact, I couldn't shower or fully used the toilet bowl cos it disgusting. I will attach all photos. The workers are very rude and lack customer care. I can walk into the hotel and no one cares. Security is compromise!

Good Ambience, warm reception and an effort to always assist with providing solutions. This is my second stay at the hotel; my first was in 2019 and somehow they have stayed on course with the good and improved on the necessary areas since my last visit. It would definitely help if they did some upgrade to the aesthetics but overall, it’s an excellent place I would definitely stay at again when I’m in Accra. Well done guys

This hotel use to be decent ...but it is now disgusting. In my recent visit, bugs crawled on the bed, maggots were found on the floor, there is black mold on the ceilings/walls (not a conducive environment for a baby nor an adult), the refrigerator did not work and it was terribly rusted, the sink and toilet leaked, leaving a puddle every-time we used the,. The patio couldn't be accessed because of it's dirtiness, TV had only one channel, the room was very dim (one of the wall lamps wouldn't turn on) and there is a horrible/nauseating stench that makes you want to check out immediately. Plus, the elevator NEVER seems to work..trekking up and down those steep stairs with heavy luggages after a long flight is crazy. The only thing good about the hotel is the air conditioner, the workers, and location but everything else is just 1/10 ...the facility is sadly deteriorating... and there seems to be no up-keep of the hotel at all, and it horribly shows.

The reception didn't go well for me. I entered and greeted the ladies but it seems one of them, whom I unfortunately asked for assistance was annoyed or not in the mood. In fact the direction she gave me took me somewhere else. Apart from that, good location, easy to find. Refreshing ambience. Medium conference hall to host your meetings and trainings. Washroom well kept,just that they have to get a better dustbin so that you can step and open to make dumping of tissues easy and safe

My last night in Accra so booked it as it looked & sounded good on the app but I was very upset and disappointed after one night stay. This hotel is in very poor condition. Cockroach ridden building. Loose fittings, lift not working so I had to carry my luggage up 6 flights of stairs, advertised with 2 swimming pools but had neither. No kettle in room as advertised. All fittings dangerous and loose. After this experience I will check all hotels thoroughly in advance before making payment in future. Never again!!

Awful this is the worst place iv ever stayed at. It needs complete renovation, staff trained. Damp and mould every were the facilities non exsistant the owner should be embarrassed. I wanted my cedis back but didn't want to stay any longer to argue .therefore no star.

I went to this place on accord of shooting my series there.. I would typically give it a 5 star owing to it's antique and vintage set up.. the grandfather's clock swinging at the reception kept me glued to the space.. their dining area is a sight to behold.. And listening to their prices, I think it's quite affordable to the Ordinary person...

I really enjoyed my experience at Maple Leaf. The diversity of food i had was just enjoyable, best to say the Korean dishes, being my first time. The environment was very clean-bathrooms and rooms. Looking forward to visit soon.

This place is rated 3 stars. No way. The carpet on the stairs leading to the bedrooms was fraying. The bedrooms were depressing. If you sat on the balcony you would not be able to see over the wall. Glad I looked at it in person before booking. It is a big no for me.

Staffs are just too unprofessional. Not nice, they are only nice when they realize you are traveler n hence they might get some tip. Staircase and carpet omg so dirty with rubbish and dust and smelly too. Won’t recommend honestly.

Spent a couple days at maple leaf Korean hotel and it was amazing. You're given a warm reception on arrival. The rooms are very luxurious, giving off a sense of comfort. There wasn't anything special about it. It is the picture of an old hotel that lacks upkeep/maintenance. Spacious room but not enough lighting and the bathroom was dirty. The place lacks maintenance. The ceiling is peeling, and the tv and lights weren't working. The towels were old. The food was okay though.

Maple Leaf is a hotel that I have used a couple of times and I relish every opportunity to be there over and againa.Maple Leaf Korean Hotel is an AMAZING place to be for several good reasons. The facilities are excellent and the general ambience is one of the best in the country. (my research and advocacy work has taken me around the country). The staff are very professional and seem to enjoy their jobs very much. Reasonable proximity to the airport and other transport terminals. Maple Leaf is ALWAYS my MOST preferred place to stay anytime I'm in Accra and ALL my friends and colleagues agree 💯%. Check this amazing facility out anytime you visit the city and I BET you will be blown away by the quality of their facilities, services and personnel.

Big and nice hotel... BUT Opportunist staff ... Charges you extra money if you go late or refuse you room

It is one of the worst hotels you can ever come across, dirty bathrooms, roaches/cockroaches all over. Their bathroom facilities are so old and not working. There’s no free breakfast. Their WiFi doesn’t work and ordering lunch took close to 2 hours

was craving korean food so i made an order for delivery. food was confirmed after 45mins. had to wait another 50mins for the delivery. when it arrived, noodles was cold and kimchi was overpriced for the size i received. Very disappointed.

I have no hesitation in recommending Maple Leaf Korean Hotel as a great place to stay.

I knew of the hotel because I grew up in area and it was really nice place to relax. The hotel is deteriorating and all they care about is how much they can make. Please don't book this hotel if you have a family because the rooms are moldy. Some ridiculous rules like not accepting outside food, forcing you to eat from their restaurant. I will not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The only good thing about this hotel is location and AC. Customer service need a lot of training on how to talk to customers

Poor service, awful food, dirty bathroom with no towels and no light. TV not working, uncomfortable bed, rude staff with not customer service experience.... what more can I say!! On a positive note, breakfast was prompt and plentiful!

Lodged in around October. Room was full of cockroaches and i had to ask one of the workers to spray the room for us. We sat outside for like 30 minutes to 1 hour. Went back inside and the problem wasn’t solved. The breakfast was great!
