Service is mediocre at best. Last time we went they lost half our order. Argued with us to the point we had to go into the store and show our bank transaction becuase they didn't give us a receipt with our order. They gave us our drinks with our value menu orders but didn't give us our food. This is what we had to argue about. Cleary you know we ordered it because you gave us the drink parts! Then after sorting everything out the burgers they gave us were disgusting. Like eating ketchup sandwiches and these were the burgers they remade for us since they did eventually find our original order, which was cold and old by this point. Now, I understand new staff and messing up orders, but for the shift supervisor to argue with us like we are trying to steal food was ridiculous.

Great place for a quick trip through the drive-through. The employees are always friendly, and when you ask if they will drop the fries fresh, they always come out hot!

This review is long overdue! We eat here often and when I tell you they have the very best employees, I mean it! The most polite and kind drive thru workers I’ve ever met in my life! They have so much patience! In the mornings, the gentleman taking payments never fails to tell you to have a blessed day! There have been times where I’m having bad days and these people ALWAYS warm my heart! 🫶🏼

It's a good place to go to. There's no rush and they don't really fall behind. It's pretty much what you expect from a fast food restaurant here.

This is the worst mc Donald's I've been too, all kinds of staff running around in circles, running food out to cars in drivethrough , trying to find the correct car, neglected front counter inside! Only 2 of us were at front counter and it took them nearly 30 minutes for 2 sandwich and a small smoothie. I will never go back, the one on state street is 10 x better and a better menu

Stopped. By this AM to get breakfast for my wife. The line was just plugging along and there was NOBODY at the first window taking money. When we reached the second window and handed the woman working a card to pay with, she rudely muttered, "I have to go to the back. There's no machine up here." and before she left for the back, she rudely sneered in a very condescending manner and said, " From now on, we pay at the first window ". She was a 40 something blonded with glasses and a bad attitude. I am nearly 65 years old and didn't just fall off a turnip wagon. I'm not at all OK with being treated like that. Service is all about attitude and hers needs some serious adjustment... I'll be hard pressed to go back there if that's all they think of their customers. November 23 addendum: For the 4th time this month, my wife's hash browns were left out. When we asked for a receipt, we received the common modern answer, the machine was broken. I can't give you one. Well, omitting items may lower food costs and without a receipt you can't prove you ordered it. Coincidence? Doubt it.

I stopped to pick up hamburgers for my two Godchildren and a fish sandwich for me. It was a good meal although they forgot the ketchup for the fries. The older lady who brought our drinks was very nice, friendly, and considerate. It was close to the children's apartment.

Fries (3 LG & 1 med) all cold with barely any salt during busy time... how you have that much cold fries on hand during dinner rush? Forgot a 10 piece nugget from order then thought I was lying 🙄... no one is going to wait that long while their already cold food gets colder to lie about missing item from order 😂
