The drive-thru was really slow the dine in wasn't open not very friendly and no one was smiling Just Like blah and it was a Friday night smiles and a good night and how you doing it like take my order and get out of here

Ordered through DoorDash and theycompletely messed up the order. Ordered a Baconator meal and a spicy chicken sandwich. They put the Baconator toppings on the spicy chicken sandwhich and sent a regular chicken sandwich. It was also extremely late and extremely cold. Not only was it completely wrong, but I paid $36 for it!!! This place is terrible. I have been multiple times and not once has it been a good experience. Steer clear of this place at all cost.

I door dash regularly. This location yesterday afternoon. Had the most disorganized and disrespectful group I have met. Poor communication to the dasher ,using vulgar language, shouting. And trying to place cold frostys in a bag with hot food this makes 2 problems 1 hot food gets cold 2 cold frosty melts. Then the dasher looks bad and the location looks bad. When I asked him to rebag it. I was met with attitude.

I come to this wendys multiple times a week and each employee we come in contact with is kind is always has a smile on their face. My food is always hot and I always get my order in a timely manner. Good job y’all!! Keep it up

It’s a pretty good location. Food is fresh to order and they get most orders correct. Drive thru doesn’t take forever although it can get pretty busy but they keep it going quick enough to avoid being stuck in a long line…decent service and clean enough restaurant. No shady stuff going on inside or out in the parking lot…no homeless people loitering outside or sleeping by the building like there usually is at White Castle and Rally’s. Clean and safe to bring your kids inside and out.

Terrible service… night shift people are absolutely rude how are you gonna tell me to pull to the first window and no one be there then i pull up and i get my card Snatched out of my hand by this older woman and the younger woman running drive thru is terrible at customer service im a fast food manager and i would never snatch anything out of anyones hand never going to this location after 30 seconds on the menu they are rushing you to order . Disgusting rude behavior will never be at this location again

Me and my workers come to Wendy's weekly and sometimes more than once a week cause of quality but now we notice the service was great food was terrible we all Got number 1 doubles and they look like singles because the beef patties are so small now and the flavor was nothing at all we didn't get no tomatoes or onions and a little bit of lettuce and I don't think we will be eating here ever again or it will be a long time I normally dont this negative reviews but for $35 the food was terrible

Ordered 2 6 dollar biggie bags, she rang me in for 2 5 dollar ones. I let her know at the window, she changed it and charged me within 30 seconds and I get to the next window and my food is ready. I let them know she literally just changed it so the sanwiches should be different. The rude blonde manager argued with me. I let her know the sandwiches that were already made were from the 5 dollar one, not the 6 dollar which is the only difference between the two. She kept being rude so I just took my food and wasted money because the manager wouldn't listen to me. I was polite and she just kept going. Never going back that's for sure.
