Just had my hair done here and had an awesome experience. I had previously had a bad experience at another salon where they braided my hair way too tight and caused really bad tension bumps- I told the owner this and she made sure to keep checking if I was okay. She was very kind and understanding and made sure I was happy. Will definitely be coming back and telling my sisters about a new spot! Thank you again

My go to place for braids, styling, & waxing. Love everything about Style Lab! The place is clean, bright & inviting. The staff is welcoming and makes you feel right at home. Nercy (the owner) is the sweetest. 10/10 recommend!

An absolute Gem in New Bedford!!! The owner could be any nicer. The location inside is clean and inviting, the staff are also all pleasant and professional.. I’m new to the area and I needed my hair done. It was looking so sad and I came in to meet with Mariah. She referred me to Sherrie. I came back a week later which was today May 4 and I loved the whole experience. Everyone was super kind this along with super clean. And she made my hair look like exactly what I was envisioning she heard my vision ask a ton of questions and made it come to life!! I look and feel amazing.

great stylists, beautiful salon, nice people but time was a huge issue. The wait time was always too long, even with pre-booked appointments. The last time I was there, I waited 1hr 12 mins for my stylist to come in, though I had made my appointment with her months in advance.
