Absolutely terrible I ordered a bacon avocado toast and I was greeted with nastiest most messy grilled cheese I have ever seen in my life they gave me someone else’s order and this wasn’t the first time how many times have I ordered a coffee with caramel swirl and cream then get given black coffee? This happens all the time and it’s terrible service I will not be coming back.

Just went today 8/14/21 at 7:30 am The girl taking orders was super rude. She did not even let me finish my order. She kept interrupting me . Went i went to pay I asker to please repeat the order to me. She got it all wrong when i told her that's not what i wanted she started arguing with me. So i told her to cancel my order and she was super rude . She go very sarcastic and said to me bye. I will never go back to this dunkin. She should not be taking any orders at all. This store will loose a lot of customers.

I'm rating this compared to other dunkins and fast food places but it's Dunkin donuts we're new England we love Dunkin but it's not a restaurant it's fast food the Dunkin next to stop and shop is probably one of the best ones tho ,their usually always fast don't don't mess up orders or have attitudes, usually no line or of their is a line it's short

The best out sidewalk up window very very fast. Work is very very polite. I give them a plus plus plus

Recently started regularly visiting this store again. I agree with other reviews that in the PAST workers were rude and food undercooked...but NOW, its always GREAT!!! The workers a super friendly, my coffee is always hot and fresh, bacon on sandwiches is cooked and crisp as well as the hash browns. You can order ahead and pick up at their super convenient window if the drive thru line is long. Next time you're looking for coffee and breakfast...stop here, you'll be pleasantly surprised how good a Dunkin breakfast is when it's done RIGHT!!!

This rating is being given due to the lack of respect and courtesy of the new girl on kings hwgy who thinks it’s ok to threaten people and continuously provoke the same customers day in and day out. The manager is a wonderful person but needs to know how to discipline and correct her workers for this type of behavior. It’s disgusting and appalling to say the least. I will NO LONGER be giving my business to them.

Great place to grab on-the-go coffee or inside, or order on the Dunkin App to go. Friendly staff, delicious treats to eat.
