The
food
is
excellent!
However,
I
called
last
Wednesday
and
asked
if
I
could
reserve
two
orders
of
Katchupa
for
Saturday.
The
staff
member
who
answered
checked
with
whoever
was
in
charge
and
confirmed
I
could
place
the
order
for
pick
up
Saturday.
There
was
a
CV
parade
that
day
and
the
line
was
a
block
down
the
road.
I
went
to
the
front
to
pick
up
the
order
I
placed
two
days
ago.
All
the
staff
members
looked
at
me
puzzled
and
my
order
was
not
prioritized.
There
are
many
ways
to
rectify
the
situation.
Instead
I
was
told
"we
have
plenty
of
Katchupa,
just
order
some".
I
proceeded
to
ask
if
I
had
to
wait
in
the
long
line
as
I
ordered
days
ago.
The
staff
said
yes
I
will
have
to
go
to
the
back
of
the
line.
They
could
have
called
to
let
me
know
they
could
not
accomodate
me,
instead
I
show
up
to
pick
up
a
confirmed
order
and
was
sent
away
with
nothing.
I
am
a
loyal
customer
and
feel
they
could
have
just
given
me
the
pre
made
Katchupa
to
rectify
the
miscommunication.
It
would
have
taken
2
minutes
of
thier
time.
After
all
I
did
place
an
order
and
they
confirmed
it.
It's
not
my
mistake
its
theirs.
