So where do I start, we place an order was given a pick up time got there on time had to wait an additional 42mins and then to make things even worse the food that supposedly was just made was cold. I had place an order on Friday and the same thing happened to us, I only order from he cause it was recommended by my boss, but I guess the 1 in Providence, is a much better place to eat cause I will never order from this place again, I gave this place a second shot and it was worse than the first time.

Ever since the menu change things have been awful. Chicken doesn't taste as good, the amount of food you get is way less for more money. Order a large Waffle fry and it comes in the old small container about half full. Same with the salads they come in a small container with barely any lettuce.

I got 6 tenders when I ordered 8. The Lemon pepper wings constantly taste very salty, garlic tots are really greasy and salty and the waffle fries are always soggy. This place is very overrated. I’m sure whoever’s reading this is gonna still order from them, good luck.

Still consider it one of the best dry rub Garlic Parmesan Wings in the area. Stop in and see for yourself. Have had it cooked to perfection on multiple takeout orders. Consistently good. Come support this local business.

Stopped in to try some golden Wings and fries. Ended up getting the lemon pepper wings also. Great wings great service.

My husband and I love this place. Their wings are amazing! I always get the honey mustard wings and they never disappoint. The only downside is that it's kind of pricey. Still, I highly recommend.

Update: Waffle fries get soggy/limp when trapped inside plastic container and lid. And, first time we got only 1 container of BBQ sauce - for 8 tenders! Hopefully just an oversight, and not a new, cheap policy! Four stars for the freshness, moistness and coating texture and size of the jumbo chicken tenders. 8 tenders, 2 sauces, $16.50. It's $10 for 7 tenders at Boneheads in Fall River, but Boneheads has MUCH smaller tender sizes, a different less crunchy coating, and less than half the size sauce containers (we get sauce on side). We waited on hold 5 minutes before being able to place our order, and they were out of Waffle fries. Was ready for pickup sooner than the 15 minutes we were told. We'll be back to try the sandwiches.

honestly quite impressed. they kinda did a bad job tossing the chicken with the sauce, not a huge deal what is a huge deal is every single piece of chicken was tender and cooked perfectly. not a single bite was tough. the tenders are massive. the price tag looks high at first, until you realize how much food you actually got. $35 here can easily feed 5 people

We have gone here for years because the food is always great. In times past there was a certain employee that was really rude. Tonight the employees were incredibly kind, polite, and patient. Glad to see an upgrade in that department! Keep up the good work!

Wings Over NB is an absolute gem when it comes to chicken wings! I'm willing to drive 30-35 minutes, even though it's not in my neighborhood, just to savor their delicious, hot, and crispy chicken wings. As someone who enjoys a variety of cuisines including seafood, Thai, Portuguese, and Mediterranean, I can confidently say that their wings are among the best I've had in the New England area and possibly even in the Tri-state area. What sets this place apart, besides their wings, is the exceptional service. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, making every visit a pleasure. The young lady who took my order was super sweat. The food was delivered nice and warm from Mason. Everything was perfect.

Good was good as always, but it took over an hour and a half to be delivered and wasn't even really warm anymore...

Ordered take out. The front counter service is friendly. However, someone needs to get the staff members in check. The poor young lady up front was calling other cooks to come in. It was a nightmare. It took over an hour for a 6 piece wing order and a chicken sandwich with fries. The wings they were hot and fresh, and they gave extra. Awesome, except my chicken sandwich was cold, and the fries were too. So I would love to go back, but Im not sure I will. It is disappointing, but I truly hope y'all can get it together.

The food is usually pretty good and the desk staff have always been reasonably friendly. The only notable bad marks are the absolutely horrendous order times for delivery and pickup. Deliveries have always taken significantly longer than expected (sometimes even over an hour late) and even pickups these days are taking longer than expected (waiting in store over a half hour after ready time). I feel like things have only gotten worse in the last ~6months. I emailed their customer service contact about the horrendous waits and never even received acknowledgement of my feedback. I would only recommend if you expect to be hungry in an 1hr+ and not any time soon.

The wings are really good. Only issue is the hottest sauce they have, which I believe is "Afterburner", isn't as hot as described. It's as hot as mild. It tastes good, though. EDIT: I got the Honey BBQ on 1/8/22 and it was effin good. Really good sauce.

Disappointed tonight. Haven't ordered Wings in almost a year. Ordered tonight. They forgot our blue cheese and messed up our drinks. Drove 30mins home and then saw what they messed up. Check your order before you leave.

Food was good first time I had it. Amazing the second time I had it. Food should always be good and fresh. Swear we ordered food that was sitting there for hours. Chicken was chewy. Fries were soggy. Bacon looks and taste microwavable. The tomato and lettuce was so soggy and stuck to the chicken that told me Food was sitting there. Won't try again. .

i have been eating here for a while since i have lived in new bedford and its a classic for me. the service is always good and the people who have taken the orders over the phone are always nice. they have never gotten my order wrong not even once and they always make their food as fast as possible. they also have really good wings and my favorite flavors are honey bbq and honey mustard. you can also get any dry rub on the fries that you want (i didn't know this so thats why im mentioning it) which my favorite for that is garlic parm. the only thing i wish they could change is that the waffle fries are usually pretty soggy and never crispy but to me i don't find it a big deal and i still think this place is amazing but it would just be even better. overall i think this is a really nice place to get wings from.

I went here last night to try the fire wings they have, they were able to let me try the sauce before I purchased the wings, the sauce was absolutely amazing and had a real kick to it, I am a spicy food person so I strive to eat spicy foods and sauces, but let me tell you this, the fire wings Definitely hit the spot, spicy yet delicious, would highly recommend any other spicy food person to try these wings.

We love these wings and the variety of flavors. The service however is the worst!!! Every time we come we end up waiting an extra 45min past the time they said it would be ready. These people need to get it together!!!

Disappointed in their wings. Flavor is not bad, but they were average size, not the large that they claim. Needs to be cooked longer. I shouldn't have to struggle to get a piece of chicken off the bone. Maybe their tenders or wraps are better but the quality just wasn't there for me. I usually visit twice before reviewing but don't think ill be back. There is usually one or two people picking up orders, so they do have happy customers..So does burger king though. The bodega makes a superior wing to theirs, so if I'm too tired to cook, I'll stick to theirs. Unfortnately they always sell out by 1pm.
