Ive been ordering from here for a good 5 months now. They do have good pizza but the problem I have is how rude they are. Ive spent so much money on rude service that now I have had enough. The thing is its everytime I call or go there. Not once a twice because they had a bad day. Ive had rude comments over the phone, never get greeted when I walk in and even had a girl roll her eyes at me when I had a question. No need for service like this. To bad that crappy attitudes just lost a customer who ordered weekly. No more. Will give my business to another pizza shop who I found absolutely awesome service with just as good pizza

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger pizza. The taste of it was pretty good. However, I think more sauce could be added because it was a bit dry. And I would have liked it more cheesy. May go back and try something else

Was very disappointed service was as great played with my daughter was very pleasant. Waited 45 minutes for my food. just so that it would be well done it was a Saturday I left work my wife had wanted her favorite steak tip dinner from Charlie’s so we went there . Asked the gentleman several times to make sure the tips where we’ll done we got are food around 8:45 he said it took longer because we wanted the tips we’ll done . Got are food head home to the south . Get home now time to eat tips where still pink I knew they closed at 9 that day so I tried to catch them it was too late. So I called on the next business day which was Monday the boss was so Inconsiderate to the fact that my tips where not done and goes into saying I hardly doubt that happen even I know in a restaurant mistakes are made he didn’t offer no resolution not even a sorry he was so full of himself that he didn’t care . Which used to be my wife’s favorite is now a place that I would never recommend and if you do go check your food before you leave . They have lost my business and my money.💯💯💯

Service is amazing the food is great very busy. First day eating there our food was paid for twice. 2 very mind gentlemen paid for me an my family to eat as we were sitting waiting for iur food.

I had bacon cheese burger pizza delivered. It was good but seemed to be missing a little something. There was no kind of sauce, so the pizza seemed a bit dry.

The best taco pizza in town. The crust holds well and doesn’t get soggy. The meat taste just like taco meat fresh tomatoes and lettuce. And very filling.

I love Charlie’s pizza, they make a great pie. They have been around for a long time and they still update their menu to have a wide variety of different things. I can never find all three things that matter except for here: one the crust is delicious, the sauce is the the right consistency and the cheese is stretchy and chewy. I would have to say it’s the best pizza in the city.

Just got put on hold 3 times twice being hung up on and the last time being on hold for literally 10 minutes and I order from there a lot but with that being said I'm done ordering from there

Steak and cheese subs are absolutely incredible as well as the Bacon cheese fries

4 pizzas in 2 weeks, great quality, staff is great. I haven't been staying in the city much lately, and I've missed their pizza. My Son likes their Alfredo pasta dish, best around he says!

There, pizza and subs are great. Very much a family owned pizza joint. Prices and portions are good.

This "hole in the wall" has become one of my favorite places to get these types of foods. Never disappointed.

THIS REVIW WAS MEANT FOR RUA’s PIZZA AND NOT CHARLIES! My apologies to Charlie’s because their food is always good!!! I’d give a half star if I could. Ordered a steak and cheese sub with extra cheese and green pepper and light mayo and asked for the bread not to be cooked. It took almost an hour to get my food first off, then the bread was toasted all hard, had tons of mayo and no green peppers. All the guy on the phone could say was I’m sorry. He could care less. Plus the steak was like chewing show leather and I’m not exaggerating at all. Worst sun I’ve probably had in my life and will never order from there again. What a waste of money and terrible service. Good luck if you order a steak and cheese from here.

Favorite pizza in town! Born and raised in NB and it took me 3 decades to realize what good pizza tasted like. When a similar family style pizza shop opened up in the neighborhood, I also left a great review although they never seem EVER be open. It led me to order from this gem one night, and I haven’t been elsewhere every since. Something about sliced, crisp linguiça melting into gooey cheese just makes it so special. Not to mention the technique they use to make the crust as it’s cooking. Don’t overlook this spot just driving by the neighborhood as I did for years. Make that call, stop by…just place that order you won’t regret it. Anything from the wing dingz, steak and cheese subs, fries - it’s just all good. Try it for yourself. If you want a laid back, no frills eat in or take out spot for good pizza this is it.

Was in town visiting a friend and read the great reviews about Charlies and decided to try them out for lunch. I'm so glad I did! They made me one of the best steak bombs I've ever had and the bacon cheese fries (with real peices of bacon, not that stuff from a package) were also delicious! Great prices too! I will definitely eat here again when I'm in town. The donut place next door is great too!

Been eating at Charlie's sconce I was a little girl now late 40s and they are still the best they are so buisy and for good reason I also missed a few dinners with new hours but we all need our rest ...

First time here.. Off the bat The staff was very friendly.. I ordered a sub and they got it to me quickly.. It came back exactly how i ordered it.. The food was okay.. Lacking flavor a bit but nothing a bit of cabnet spices and sauce couldnt fix.. The price was a bit higher then expected but I havent been to a pizza shop in a while and with the increase cost of living maybe its the new norm.. Either way it gets my approval.. Still prefer my own cooking but thats hard to beat 😝🤣

Awful customer service when they screwed up. Not an apology. Nothing. I paid for delivery but had to go get my right order that they messed up on. Not even my delivery charge back or anything

Love their pizza,subs and the baklava! Wish they would go back to later hours, missed a lot of dinners Thier due to 7pm closing! Don't get there as much as we use too! Timing always off!

Charlie’s has been around most of my adult life, and with good reason. Excellent food and reasonable prices. Call ahead for faster service. Personally, I can’t get enough of that steak and cheese sub, Cheeseburger sub is awesome too, wing dings, quesadillas,onion rings, and fries are all my consistent favorites. Get your pizza hot and watch that mozzarella stretch!🍕👍

Been a customer since the 80's, when I worked next door and they still got the best spaghetti and meatball dinner and great pizza, family owned. Always so nice
