The Vault hosted the 2023 New Bedford Firefighters Ball, with over 130 guest. After our first meeting to go over options, we knew this was the place for our event. Courtney the Manager/ Event Coordinator walked us through the entire process from food options, custom drink specials, decorations and so much more! Courtney was very attentive, patient and knowledgeable in the planning aspect and was always accessible to communicate with. We had appetizers and multiple food options for dinner, everything was fantastic. Lastly I would like to commend the staff for their fantastic job all night!

What didn’t go wrong? The waitress let us know that since we had a big group, our food wouldn’t be coming out at the same time, just as it’s ready, which is fine. The problem was in doing so, they’d forgotten everyone’s appetizers so once food started coming out, we told them to forget the appetizers. Now the food, it wasn’t good. I ordered the steak tips, rare, and my steak was under seasoned and not evenly cooked. The fries is came with were covered in some aioli that didn’t taste like anything. Someone else at my table ordered the fish and he said it was disgusting and barely touched it. Someone else at my table got pizza and she also barely touched it because she said the toppings were all wrong and not proportioned correctly. Their drinks were not made uniformly, several people in my group ordered the same drinks and they all came out tasting different. Lastly, and worst of all, the checks. We let them know at the start how the checks should be separated and no one moved to get the seating messed. It legitimately took more than 30 minutes to get it right. She forgot some of our checks, put meals on the wrong checks, and when she came back after we corrected her, they were still all wrong. We eventually all huddled around her POS so she could call out the food and we claim whose it was, passing credit cards to the front like an assembly line. It was complete chaos. You couldn’t pay me to dine here again.

Came in for a quick drink while waiting for a nearby dining reservation. Service was friendly and fast. Unlike most places at the moment, there seemed to be twice as many staff as patrons. We did not eat here but saw the most amazing meal which looked to be an absolutely massive chicken and waffle sandwich with sweet potato waffle fries.. we will be back just to try that sometime soon. Parking was easy and free after 6pm, menu had nice options and plenty of seasonal beers and ciders in tap to try. Sign outside restaurant says Greasy Luck so don't get confused when visiting.

We went here to see LA Guns. It was awesome 👍 The place is the perfect size for a show such as this. The customer service was great and the security was very respectful. I would ask that the bathrooms be cleaned up just a little bit. I definitely recommend this place. @LAGuns #LAGuns

Saw Puddle of Mudd here. Got some drinks at the bar before the show, the bartenders are so attentive & polite, I couldn’t complain even if you paid me to. Love it

Wednesday $5 fish and chips special is awesome! Such nice thin & lite batter. Beer was great too of course. We will go back! The lighting was perfect. Not to dark, not to bright. The bartender was friendly & efficient.

I saw East Coast Alice! Greatest Alice Cooper tribute band. Allen Thomas, the guy who can honestly play in any band on Earth. A friend Mike Carmo is Alice! Look for tickets!

Went to a Halloween party there. 🥳 it was fun. Great location, great time, bartenders are a lil on the inexperienced side, kept getting told "idk how to make that..." it was a margarita... the most simple drink of all... But still great times.

Great place to see live music. Small enough that you can actually get to the bar for a drink. The food is solid and well prepared for a menu of burgers, sandwiches, pizza and salads. The poutine is very good.

I do DoorDash around my city and the place not only had great food but there’s always different events going on !

I ordered tickets online for a show tonight. I bought what I thought was a table for the show but turned out it was a seat at a table with strangers. Now don't get me wrong this usually would be Ok but the tables are cafe size tables and just big enough for 2 let alone 4. The only thing I ate was $100 for the 2 tickets.

The food was good, the service great, the atmosphere was good. It's a nice place with top notch entertainment. The only issue was the volume for the headline act was way to loud for the venue and sounded muddy. I would say that is an exception, but I've been here before and it's the norm.

A group of us purchased early admission tickets which was $10 extra/person. On FB they announced doors open for early adm. @ 6:30. We arrive there at 6:35p & the doors were locked. When they let us in I asked if we can get a table in the room where the band will be playing. I was told that they weren’t ready & the menus are being printed & is different than the front room & they will call us in. We did not order food at the bar because there was 7 of us & was afraid the food wouldn’t come out at the same time or we couldn’t bring it in that room. At 7:30 we were still waiting & now we were told there’s a 30 min delay. People who had general admission started showing up & got to go in before a lot of us that had early admission tickets. They let a bunch of people in then told us we had to wait so those people can get their food. We were not let in til almost 8p & did not have table service. It was very obvious that they had no clue what they were doing. We paid extra for tickets with no benefit at all. We were the 1st ones there & got the last table inside. If they were honest & knew what the heck they were doing we could have eaten in the other room when we arrived instead of being told to wait.when we finally got some food it was basic pub food. The band was fabulous but I would not go back there again.

We went there for the Great Escape Journey tribute band. They were great. I wish I could say that for The Vault. 1st we paid $11 extra per seat for early entrance. They kept all of who paid extra waiting for nearly 30 minutes late to enter. Once we were finally allowed to go in we had no table. When i approached an employee he stated we paid for seats, not a table. I guess they thought it was acceptable for me to sit at someone else's table on one side of the venue while my wife sat at another on the other side. Ended up spending the night standing and left after 1 set. Too bad we were looking forward to The Vault reopening, however after this we will never return.

Came in for Taco Tuesday. I am never disappointed when I come here. Will be back with friends tomorrow for the Wednesday fish special. ***edit*** Wednesday's fish & chips special is probably my favorite day to come here. (Although the Sunday wings special is pretty good too). I came back with friends on Wed night like I said I would send got my fish and chips. I always get their sweet potato fries, they are soo good. We also got the blue chair bay buckets. I got the mai tai, my friend got the blueberry which was really yummy.

Had the Fish and sweet potato fries today. It was delicious 🤪 Here today may 28th after along awaited return to the vault after renovations new menu new cocktails...enjoying the fig and avocado Flatbread a new and improved selection. Courtney was my server and suggested this new menu item. Enjoying the new acquired taste of fig paired with goat cheese is delicious. Rating 5 stars 👌😍

Best local bar, good parties and food. I recommend the turkey club sandwich

The drinks were good but we came in for dinner as well. We waited well over an hour for a burger that was dry and over cooked. Unfortunately I had to call the server over to ask what the status of our food was around an hour of waiting. It still took nearly 15 min after that to receive mediocre food. We won't be returning any time soon.

Update: Pass on the poutine... It was fries with literally one chicken tender cut up, a minimal spread of cheese, and no type of gravy whatsoever... Very dry with absolutely no flavor... I had the Steak Tips with rice and broccoli... everything was fantastic! Great staff as well..
