If I could rate this one at 0 I would in less than a heartbeat because this is the worst most awful Wendy's have ever been to in my entire life and I'm assuming that the managers and or the owners don't care at all about their customers because I've complained several times and have done their surveys and when it says would you like a call back I always respond with a yes and I have not heard anything back at all on my bad reviews! And I'm not sure if it's a shift thing or not but I work third shift so therefore I am only there during third shift hours and the food is always cold tastes like and temperature wise like it just came out of the refrigerator cold also when you specifically ask for onions light lettuce and to add barbecue sauce to your bacon cheeseburger and they give you extra wilted lettuce no onions no barbecue sauce no tomato which generally comes on the sandwich you tend to become a bit bitter especially when it's your fourth time going to this particular Wendy's and it's the same every God damn time!!! to boot I have placed my orders 6 to 10 minutes before I get there through the app and it doesn't matter if there's two or 10 people in line for the drive-thru you still end up waiting approximately 25 to 35 minutes to get your food your cold food nonetheless you're wrong order of food nonetheless this is ridiculous and if this Wendy's runs like this all day long it should be shut down and what are these people getting paid for?! Especially at $17 an hour when I damn well know of quite a few Health Service employees that make a hell of a lot less than that and work 50 times harder than these people work! The owner or manager of this place should be fired or should never be able to work in a food service industry again because they obviously don't care about their customers they're only looking to make every penny they can and they know that staying open late late night that they are going to get customers no matter what because people who party or people who smoke pot or people who are traveling and just passing through will always stop by and spend money because they're hungry and no matter if the food is cold, wrong, or if the employees are rude their bodies are getting what it's requesting! So therefore they're making out either way whether they please the customers and make them happy or if they completely screw somebody's order up and make them miserable they know that they're still making their dime!

Wendys on kings hwy, We got RAW chicken! Disgusting!!!! PAY ATTENTION. Spent close to $20 for an order, hot honey chicken meals, and this is what we got when we got home.

This Wendy's is not good. I've had excellent experiences at every single one *except* this one. The food is often cold or they mess it up. Most recently I ordered a double with cheese and it was a single... I'll be choosing to go to McDonald's or burger kind when close to home from now on.

I was there today I hade to wait 20 min for a chicken sandwich and when I finally got it I went to the drive through and I hade to go inside to get it beAcuse it was taking so long when I go there and get it it was wrong and then I go in to fix it all workers and fooling around not paying attention to customers many people waiting for there food and no one was there all just talking and on there phone I ended up getting a refund restaurant was gross looked like it was never cleaned dust and food all over the floor and don’t even get me started on what the kitchen looked like it was gross I would not even want to be there food in flower workers no gloves gross I will never step foot in this establishment ever agen workers smoking and then going inside to cook and not even a hand wash. I feel sick from this they need to invent a zero star rating because that would fit this they don’t deserve a 1 star so unprofessional

This place is the worst, I waited in the drive through for @ 25 minutes they didn't have 3 different drinks when I tried to order, then when I got home to eat the burger wasn't even cooked, the thing was still mooing... I'll be lucky if I don't get sick from this. Do yourself a favor and try something else in the area

Wendys in new bedford, mass has a scumbag working there on the night crew, somebody stole my debit card info while paying for my food in the drive thru and tried to steal almost $200 from me. Police are investigating it now and i got my money back because my card is protected from dirtbags like that. I will never go back to this place if i gotta worry about losers trying to steal the money i work so hard for. Maybe i sue wendys for allowing losers to rip people off in the drive thru.

Honestly the worst Wendys I think ive ever been to. Have ordered food here multiple times and every time one or multiple items are either missing or completley wrong. Example, just ordered a Daves double tonight and there was no condiments and one patty. Like how do you mess that up? Thought I would give these guys another change because everyone messes up but this is the 4th time going here and it just gets worse and worse. If your reading this review, goto another Wendys... Baconator fries that I ordered were also like half full. List goes on and on...

This employees need to be trained again because because to me. I see a lot of problems at this Wendy's. Because when I get up to the drive through And tried to pay meal. I see a lot of employees being on their phones. They need to have a visted with with the. Hiring manager.

This will be my first bad review ever. As I rather let them know, especially if they can fix it. Sadly I think this Wendy's is doomed. Please do yourself a favor and just avoid eating here. I'm not even sure how they are up and running. Someone is going to get very very sick, if they have not already.

I walked in to Wendy's with my wife we ordered food then we was looking around the girl making the fries was standing on a hill of them a wiping her feet on the floor to get the fries off her feet I never seen any fastfood place like I seen this one not one of them where in any kind of wendys shirts one girl was coughing and she didn't cover her mouth and I seem food coming out landing on stuff that was out I will never go back there ever again and I will tell people how that place is it was my birthday I got me sick off one bite from the burger please get rid of them kids and get new people they suck I wish someone from Wendy's would get back to me on this issue I spent 25 dollars for garbage I should of just went to the city dump and eat there I am very pissed that was my birthday dinner sucked just the Frosty was good.no one had gloves on or hair nets or even up in a tie they need to find a job they can do

My boyfriend and I ordered through doordash. we ordered the original crispy sandwich, a 10 and 4 piece chicken nugget, medium french fries, and a baconator fry. The chicken sandwich did not come with the lettuce, mayo, or tomato on it but instead it had chopped up pieces of inedible bacon on it. we were also given spicy nuggets instead of the original nuggets. and the cheese on the baconator fries was not melted and it also had that nasty charred bacon on it. we didn’t receive our medium fry either. go to any other wendy’s because the one on kings highway is not it sis. save your money.

Wendy's 🍔 always taste better than BK. They also have a better selection of soft drinks. Their chicken nuggets are better than BK or Mac Donalds.

For fast food I always set my sights pretty low . They were very good the food was fresh . It was hot . Didn't load us up on Mayo or sauce on anything we got . Friendly staff . Drive-thru went fast . Two thumbs up .

No one in the back is wearing any type of hair catches with all kinda girls working with long hair the girl putting the fries in the holders is eating fries right out the basket not one person has gloves on I literally waited for the food just to throw it out this place needs someone to come in here and put some act right in these workers horrrrrriiiiibbbbblllllleeeeeeee

Horrible ghetto, the crew or the gang, don't know everyone was in ghetto clothing, floors dirty, everyone swearing, straight disrespectful. Bet my life they were all on drugs looked like a scene from the walking dead. Cant believe the way it was 12-6-23 night crew....

Fast, friendly service. The food was hot and fresh. Cashier was friendly. Order was completed and ready before I completed filling my fountain drink. This was a welcome difference compared to my last Wendy’s experience. The fries were perfect. The only thing holding back a 5 star was the dining room wasn’t the cleanest. Several tables were obviously used and not yet wiped down.

This location is worth the drive! The people are friendly, and the food is hot and tasty! Wendy’s is probably my favorite chain, now if only I had a 24 hour location next to my room! Lol.

Order from here on Uber eats today. No large FrenchFry, no condiments at all, no napkins no straws and only 3 chicken nuggets in my order, also a nice cold Dave’s double. Terrible beyond terrible oMg sooo horrible. Close down already do the world a favor.

0/10 would not recommend. Every time I go to this store, it is basically just a grab bag of stuff I didn’t order and items of my order missing. Honestly there’s no point in ordering you might as well just tell them how much you want to spend and pick up a mystery bag at the 2nd window.

This location is the most convenient for me, so I frequent it most often. My order is always right and I've never had an issue with the employees at this location.

Horrible, they get my order wrong all the time. Always have to open everything before driving away to make sure it’s right. Made my sandwich wrong, went in to get it remade. They clearly heard what I wanted, when I got home it was wrong again. Most incompetent workers and btw their soda machine was broken. Wish I could give negative stars.

Place was disgusting, flies everywhere, on the walls, on the ceiling, flying around. Noticed after I paid for my order and almost walked out and left the food behind. This was a few days ago now but it's clear management in that place is sorely lacking. Will never eat at that Wendy's again for sure

This location always seems to forget items. It is recommended to check your order before leaving as I should have took my own advice. I explained to the cashier and she couldn’t be bothered. Spending $38.00 and missing items is why I recommend checking your order.

being the only Wendy’s in the city I understand it can get busy. And mistakes happened. But I’ve ordered MANY different times. (I only eat the spicy nuggets) and every single time I drive home to find I’ve been given regular. (Something I do not eat.) now I’ve started looking in the bag before I drive off if the order is correct. and it never is correct😅 if my order was much more complicated I could understand the mix up. But it’s just chicken nuggets. And it happens pretty frequently😅😅😅it’s always expected at this point. And it goes to waste because I do not eat the regular ones.

Drive thru line moved very slowly. Seemed like if one of the workers ran the orders and took payments outside like chic fila does it would have cut the wait time by about 20 minutes. Staff seemed to all hate working with each other and everyone gave everyone attitudes.

It's ok for fast food. I usually like Wendy's salads, but last week I bought one of the salads and I was so disappointed with it. It has definitely gotten smaller and they didn't have the correct dressing that went with the salad. There are just so many things that I am disappointed with that I could go on and on about this Wendy's, but I won't..

Horrible . Every time we order through door dash they always get it wrong or something is missing from the order. I just ordered today to give them another try and of course they forget my fries and on top of that I ordered their classic chicken sandwich and ended up throwing it out because it was completely raw . I understand this is a fast food restaurant but come on man at least cook the food thoroughly and stop forgetting items in the order .

Was given pink cold burgers and can’t even get in contact with anyone I’m disgusted 0/10 I do not recommend

We ordered the baconator fries and got sad-o-nator fries. Do better. This is a consistent issue
