Unfortunately I am not able to leave a good review for our experience. We stayed in room 707 from July 14-16, 2021. If you know the price that a stay at this "luxury suite" goes for then you can understand that toilets with urine still on them and cockroaches visible in your room is not acceptable for the price point. I wouldn't have made a big deal about this except that the management didn't seem to care at all about how disappointed we were. Had one of the workers say "go ahead and leave a bad Google review ". Well here it is. We were told a manager would come up to talk with us about the state of our room. It never happened. We were also met with surprise when we said that we were still not satisfied with our room. The person on the phone said "really, so you're still not satiafied". Again, it pains me to type this because we have had an excellent time at the park itself with our family. The way we have been treated after spending so much money on this room is disappointing.

We stayed in 704 which was a split level over labor day weekend. This was one of the most disappointing "luxury" rooms we have stayed in. First, the front door was hard to latch and not secure. You could just push the door right open. We had to slam it to get it to close and lock properly. The room was very dark/dim especially in the kitchen area. The stainless steel trash can looked like it was banged around multiple times, push on the foot pedal and the lid barely opened. The stove and fridge were both not leveled. The appliances are by far not considered luxury. Cheap $10 coffee pot! The furniture/sofa was very dirty and the pull out sofa mattresses were dirty and by far not comfortable. There was no in room safe!!!! The upstairs had no ac so they put in a portable window unit which did not cool down the room. Very stuffy. Schlitterbahn, treehaus is not luxury! Now, your lofts are luxury. I'd suggest updating the treehaus like the lofts than you can charge the outrageous price we paid. We were so disappointed especially for the price! The idea/lay out of the room is nice but the quality of the furnishings and appliances were very subpar. One positive, the location was great and we liked the assigned parking.

Rented a treehouse suite which sleeps 4 to 8 people. This consisted of 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 sleeper sofas. The sleeper sofa in the living room contained a nasty matress from which a cockroach jumped out of....it was disgusting...$1,100.00 per night to sleep with a roach...2 of the lamps didnt work and after being advised by reservations desk the resort provided ice to resort guests, we were advised after arrival that we could travel to a nearby convenience store to purchase ice. It should not be so difficult to obtain ice at a waterpark resort in the middle of summer!!!

We paid a significant amount of money to stay at the Treehaus for convenience and luxury.  We found that to be the opposite.  We wanted to start Saturday at the original park and could not find a single mode of resort transportation to get over there by park opening despite being ready 45 minutes before the park opened.  The buses were not running, and I asked one of the ticket counters on where we needed to be to gain transportation.  No one knew and said there "should" be a bus prior to park opening.  Then, we were told there was resort transportation between parks, to which no one told us about at check in or where to stand to wait for it.  When we saw resort transportation, I stopped the driver and asked if she could take us to the other resort.  She said yes, go over to the gate where the other bus comes.  We did, and she completely drove past us, waved us off, and left the parking lot.  To say we were furious is an understatement.  We ended up getting to the original park 45 minutes after opening.  Additionally, our room had multiple issues with it- missing cabinet door in the bathroom, broken burner on the stove, pieces of the ceiling coming down, and broken shower handle. Lastly, we were in the parks for 3 days and never saw The Falls running the entire time which is one of the focal points of staying in the Treehaus.  The website said all rides would be going on Saturday.  I understand shifting workers between rides due to lack of staffing, but The Falls never operated there the entire time.  Very disappointing.  We will not be staying at the Schlitterbahn resorts again as it was not worth the money spent.  This was not our first time staying at the Treehaus either, but it will definitely be our last.  I told the front desk upon check out about the issues and she just wrote them on a sheet of paper, no apology at all.

No complaints. We went during the off season so the water park was closed but they still had a pool and a sandy beach open next to the suites. The Comal tube shoot is just a few blocks West and a short 2 blocks back from the South making for a solid 1 to 1.5 hour float. The beds were not to bad and the kitchen was well stocked. We got to meet one of the maintenance guys and he was kind and very willing to help. Architecture and decor was pretty cool. We'll consider coming back. Thanks.

Spacious and comfortable lodging with some drawbacks: • Leaf blowers literally under your bedroom at 7AM and management that claims they can't do anything about it. And telling them you are going to escalate to the corporate CEO is answered with a threat to call security on you. Seriously. • A full kitchen...with no paper towels. • Early access to some attractions but nobody in the park appears to know where the off-hour access to these rides are. Three consecutive employees gave us the same wrong answer.
