Helen, the owner, is absolutely amazing and is the sweetest person that always does a great job on my nails. Because of her, the atmosphere of the shop is always so pleasant with her employees that always makes it such a comfortable and enjoyable experience. This is definitely my new nail place!

I am so very happy with this business Helen was so nice and does a wonderful job on my eyelashes she did all 4 of us and stayed until 10 pm and took her time I will start coming here for all her service such as nails, lashes, exc.. The prices are very low and her work is amazing. I recommend 100% to everyone I would give more than just 5 stars!!!

Due to my poor planning, I forgot to schedule a brow wax and facial. At the last minute yesterday I stopped in to check availability. I was greeted with nothing but smiles. Helen said they didn’t open until later and was booked solid but agreed to come in at 8:00 am to take care of me. Today was amazing! I was pampered like I didn’t expect and Helen took very good care of me. I’m in love with my waxing and facial. I’m going back next month! Highly recommend this family run, small business if you want to feel like royalty!

These ladies are amazing! Also so fun to be with and talk to, and they do REALLY well on the nails! I get my fingernails done in black, and they lasted almost two months before one even chipped, even with my cutting and filing them as they grew out. Considering what I do for a living, that's just unheard of. I do maintenance and repair and janitorial maintenance, so I've always been rough on my nails. All I get is the gel polish, and they definitely make it durable! I'd give them ten stars if I could. They always go out of their way to make sure you're happy with their work, and I absolutely love the friendly environment... Like you're family, not just a customer.

Amazing! Amazing experience! The nicest people. I have been getting mani’s amd pedi’s every two weeks for years. Since moving here in July I have looked all over the area for someone who can care about my nails and the experience. This place one million times over. She talked to me about my nails. My last visit was exactly like the cartoon about going to the nail shop. I have been a regular customer for over 5 years with the same girl since my second visit who does a fabulous job. I find customer service most important in an establishment. Cindy did such a great job the first time that I went back. I will book an appointment with her next time and see how it goes. Kim and her are the sweetest and friendliest there by far.

Hands-down, the best nail place in New Braunfels! Everyone there is incredibly friendly, it is very clean, and the nail technicians take their time and do a very thorough job! Kim did my pedicure, Max, my manicure, and Helen did my daughter’s nails! I could not recommend them enough, and will definitely be back for another great experience because as we all know, a good nail place is soooo hard to find! Highly recommend Lotus River Day Spa!
