Great place to get your Baked Potato fix. With all the different versions to choose from, you’ll never get sick of coming here. You also get your money’s worth at The Spud Ranch. Staff is very friendly and all smiles. Taste was spot on and I will definitely be back to try more items on their menu. Come enjoy some good eats here at The Spud Ranch New Braunfels!

Spuds were tasty but I didn’t like room temperature bacon, the chunks were uneven and overall not tasty (I had to remove it from the potato). The potato by itself was abnormally hot (fells like it was microwaved on too high temperature). Sweet tea wasn’t too sweet. The overall eatery was clean and updated. Personnel was quick and friendly.

Loved this place! The employees were friendly and we were served pretty quickly. Got the Mac Spud and was not disappointed. It was super flavorful. Can’t wait to go back and try something else on the menu!

It’s a chill spot to have a AWESOME baked potato 🥔 I ordered the Mac and cheese potato without bacon. I did add sour cream and it was extra ($1.07)but it was worth it. The potatoes are as big as your face! The macaroni was very creamy and cheesy. It was cheesy heaven. I was not able to finish it. I ate about half the other half I ate for dinner. I highly recommend this place if you are in to baked potatoes the variety is unbelievable!

Oh my goodness!!! Wow! Such yummy, perfectly cooked, well cleaned, tasty potatoes. We got the chili burger and the chicken fried steak and they were amazing. We added some extra butter and sourcream which cost extra and of course you get to salt and pepper it to your taste level, but they were perfection. If we lived in New Braunfels we'd go all the time.

Perfectly cooked baked potatoes with many options to choose from! Today we enjoyed their brisket potato, classic potato, and a side of Mac and cheese. The potatoes were great and the brisket potato was loaded with meat! The sauce used for the meat was sweeter than I would like, but overall still very good. Unfortunately the Mac and cheese had no flavor at all and was over cooked and too soft. Super casual atmosphere, perfect for lunch! Small space and small parking lot. Enjoyed our time there and I’m sure we’ll be back for more.

Exceptionally hometown feel to this favorite Spud Stop. The menu is fantastic. All sorts of nicely equipped GIGANTIC Spuds prepared on order and to my liking. Great pricing + Warm staff = great success!! Location counts as well. It's within waking distance of both the Schlitterbahn Water Park and River tubing fun! A must visit!

Very cute little place to eat at. Very clean and comfortable, staff was very helpful and service was given with a smile :) Will definitely be eating here again. Tried a few different flavors and the delivery and taste was amazing.

We got our food to go, but the little lady who rung us up was super nice. It was our first time & they had a lot of options. Will definitely be back.

What else is there to say other than DELICIOUS! potato was cooked to perfection and the brisket was great too. Bought one for myself while my family got food elsewhere and they ended up stealing bites of my spud.

Wow! Let me start off by saying these guys are experts when it comes to preparing a baked potato! Trust me when I say you can’t go wrong with whichever you decide. We recently tried the brisket spud and the chicken fried chicken spud. The brisket spud had PLENTY of brisket! I would’ve been happy with just the brisket but then you add that on top of a baked potato and you have your taste buds dancing. The chicken fried chicken was also amazing! The gravy, chicken, cheese, and potato was a perfect combo. Listen, my wife is a picky eater. When she’s taking 30 minutes to decide where to eat I just say “How about Spud Ranch?!” And it’s always a winner! Try it out, you won’t be disappointed! Absolutely delicious. I had the chicken and broccoli spud and the boyfriend had the chicken fried chicken spud. We also split some funnel cake fries. Will definitely be back!

Got the wurst spud was alright definitely will fill you up, wish there was more wurst on my spud. They got some cool merch and signed autograph stuff on the wall so that was pretty cool.

Take out order. Called ahead. They have a drive through. There’s plenty of parking for dine in. Tried brisket spud, enchilada spud, and chicken broccoli spud. This is our third visit. Won’t be our last.

I got the hot wings spud! It was delicious! Friend got the chicken fried chicken, and it was amazing as well. Love that the potatoes are not overly complicated. Great food. Will definitely come again.

I visited New Braunfels for a week with my family. I ate at Spud Ranch a majority of the time I was there. I couldn’t get enough!!! It’s the best concept if you’re a potato fan like myself. I got the bbq potatoes. But my family got multiple and we all sampled them. The place is clean, the people are nice, the food is fantastic. They have a drive through, which is fabulous. I have only good things to say about spud ranch. 10/10!!!

Food was awesome. Service was great. Food took a while to come out, but it was super fresh. Tons of options. Fries were incredible. Brisket spud was good (brisket was sweeter than I prefer). Spicy chicken spud was awesome (and not very spicy). My kid liked the Mac n cheese but I found it pretty bland.

If you are looking for the ultimate brisket baked potato, you will find it here. And the Texas size portions do not disappoint. The jalapeño poppers were so good my family devoured them before I could get a photo. The total experience was a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

I love a good baked potato. I wanted to really like it. They have some creative toppings but I thought the baked potato itself was dry.

Stopped by after a day at Schlitterbahn and it hit the spot. I had the broccoli and chicken potato and it was so good! The potato was perfectly baked! I would definitely recommend this place.

It was fast, affordable, fresh and my 10 year old said it was the best cheeseburger she’s ever had. The ranch was the bomb and the fried shrooms were super yum. (I would say the only negative was the ice cream - it was a bit old but I bet in the summer that’s not a problem.)

Great little place after being in the sun all day! Love their fries and Texas cheeseburger; pair with a glass of iced tea and it couldn't have been better!
