Appropriately titled, this lil venue is filled with flavor, freshness and the friendliest of service. Great place for fresh baked cookies, cakes or even fire- crackers. There is online ordering, drive thru and togo parking. My favorite, filling, local sandwich/ wrap place.

The Envy will haunt your dreams. As someone who grew up in New Braunfels but currently doesn't live there, Cravings stands out in my mind as truly one of the best places to eat in town and if I ever happen to find myself in NB on a weekday at lunch time, you better believe I'm heading to get some of the best sandwiches I've ever had. This place is special. Try their soup. Get the pesto pasta instead of chips. Get one of those incredible cookies. Be happy.

First timer here - At the cashiers recommendation I went with the Philly - loved it ! Has a savory/sweet sauce. Bread was soft and yet grilled on the underside. Question is - will I come back? Yes! Friendly people and good food!!

The food is delicious. You aren't getting huge sizes. You are paying for food quality and chef skills at reasonable rates. The service is great at the order desk. Atmosphere - small inside dining which amplifies Loud Customers. The patio is (right season/acclimated to Texas) is spacious and welcoming. A drive-thru is available for those in a hurry. This establishment is bus your own table. If you are too good or too lazy, skip dine-in, please. I experienced a couple who showed no courtesy to the staff or other customers. It was quite pathetic. Also, Take-out is available.

If you want good soup and customer service, this is not the place to go! Ordered 3 orders of Butternut Squash soup and some firecrackers to go. The soup was absolutely horrible. At first site when opened, it is very off putting to the eyes but the taste was even worse! Very gritty and watery. I called manager to ask for a refund and their response was as followed... "I'm so sorry you all didn't like it. We tasted it up here and we all love it. We can't do anything else about it." Very disappointed with that type of customer service and we will not be going back there. Whatever happened to pleasing the customer? Those days seem long gone!

I’ve had lunch here twice and plan to be a regular. I’ve had both the chicken and mushroom sandwiches, both with the gluten free bread. It’s hard to pull off tasty gluten free bread but they have. The mushroom/ veggie sandwich had just the right amount of portobello without bringing overwhelming. It was a nice balance of veggies with cheese to add a little richness. The chicken pesto sandwich I had on my first visit was equally delicious. I was suspicious of avocado, mayonnaise and pesto but it was wonderful, The kitchen is open do you can see your dish prepared. It’s very clean and the staff is contentious with the preparation. This is now one of my favorites in NB. Look forward to my return,

Stopped by to try out lunch. It was good and very filling. Food came out quick even with the lunch rush of folks. I can highly recommend this place for your lunch time meal.

Chicken salad sandwich from drive-thru. It’s been 4 years since I’ve been here and was really craving Cravings. It was enough to satisfy but I wish they didn’t roll it in wax paper and drop it in a paper bag made it a bit deconstructed but not to worry I put it back together before devouring 😊. Next time I’ll dine in as it appears that’s the best way to get the perfect quality. $11.52 tax + $2 tip for sandwich and tea.

Saw this place just driving by and could tell from the outside that it would have exactly what we wanted - well crafted, high quality, quick food. We ordered 2x envy sandwich with a side of pesto pasta salad. The sandwich was delicious - the bread and onion a bit sweet, which was countered well with the savory turkey and cheese and creamy garlic sauce. Pesto pasta wasn’t our favorite, so when we come back, we will probably try the soup. The two of us ate for less than $25. Service was quick and friendly.

I absolutely love sandwhichs, and this place delivers in spades!!! Fresh ingredients, beautiful crafted flavors, and the seasoned butter firecrackers are to die for!!! I love their sign that says we don't serve fast food, we serve great food as fast as we can!! Or something like that!! Check them out, and correct me on the saying!! Must find sandwhich spot!!

The food is pretty good! My colleague and I placed our order using the drive thru. This is definitely more of a dine-in restaurant than a take out or drive thru place. If you are thinking about picking up your order, I would place it way ahead of time to save yourself some time. Also try to take a small car since the parking lot is pretty tight. We really enjoyed our food and it tasted pretty fresh and well-made for the price! I got the pulled-pork sandwich special (monthly special) and my friend got the chipotle chicken wrap. As a heads up, the portions are small and you are really paying more for the quality. I would recommend this joint for people wanting to eat more lean and fresh quality food than large quantity.

Delightful locally-owned business with the friendliest people. They have dining options outside under a covered patio or inside (with the A/C). Large selection on Menu. Oh, and the food was delicious and fresh! I will be returning.

Food is still fun and enjoyable. Portions seem to be smaller than when they opened. Still some of the best sandwiches you will ever have. Made with love by some very good people!

Besides the best tasting chicken salad and pesto pasta salad I've tasted in a long time, the chicken enchilada soup was amazing. I ordered the Cravings Sampler, and everything on the plate was outstanding. They had some pretty darn good tasting tea also. I will be returning.

Stopped by on a whim to get lunch for one kiddo and three adults and wow. It was a way better experience than expected! We ordered the club, the envy, and the Philly and every single sandwich was amazing. Very flavorful food and super friendly staff 10/10 recommend

Not an authentic deli in all honesty... but it is an authentic and delicious sandwich shop! I love it here. Freshly made sandwiches, salad, and wraps that are the perfect size and are just done very well. I only wish they were open until 3PM! Go get a great sandwich and enjoy your life!

This place is so good… but absolutely terrible for the wait time for your food, especially for the drive thru. I get it that they can be busy but 30 or more minutes for a couple a sandwiches??? I literally saw someone walk off the street, go in, wait about 5 minutes and walk out with their order… never again.

I went throught the drive through to order some desserts. I asked about the grilled cheese and how long it would take. The lady asked the cook and they said it would be quick so I ordered it. They gave me a letter and asked me to pull around. I did what they asked and the lady quickly brought out the dessert at this time stated that the grilled cheese was almost done. I proceeded to wait about 20 minutes and then decided to call and ask where it was. The lady that answered asked for my letter and then said it was gonna be a few more minutes. I had no more time to wait and so I had to leave. I didn't have time to get a refund or my food. This was most definitely a disappointing experience. Some ppl don't have an hr to wait for food on a lunch break!

This place is STUPID good. I asked if we could bring the chef home with us! Had the breakfast sandwich with sausage and fresh jalapeno, amazing! Wife had AVO toast and she loved it. Very reasonable prices too, will be coming back again and again, my new favorite breakfast spot in NB!

The food is always delicious there, it's been awhile since I'd stopped by. I usually dine in, the service is great and a relaxing place to get down a grab a tasty lunch.

We met Shauna (hope I got the spelling right) the owner. Just stopped by for a quick bite to eat and were served up a delectable experience! Chicken Club and Philly Chesesteak are fabulous. Crispy fresh salad sides and an overall A++ luncheon. Ya, you should try Cravings out. Hello Sharpness promises y'all won't disagree. Vunder-muuuuah! Translation = really good food

Blown away! Went for lunch, sweetest lady behind the counter and one constantly running food, both super polite and wore big smiles. Took my fiancé here for lunch, she got the Ruben, I got the Philly and we had to try the tack so. Both sandwiches and soup were so good, so I decided I needed to go ahead and purchase my “second lunch” and my before gym snack. I went back in and ordered a toasted PB&J and a Grilled cheese on Texas toast. AMAZING! Great food, friendly service. Next time I’ll try the famous “ENVY” sandwich someone in line told me about.

Ode To Sandwiches. It's a simple place with simple foods that are delicious. The place is family run and features small tables with wooden chairs and an impressive list of sandwiches that would make anyone happy. It's the oh-so-much better, artisanal subway with way nicer staff and a better atmosphere. Also, we like their soups. Reasonably priced and located across the street from the Children's Museum, it's kinda perfect for hanging out with other moms and kiddos after playing. Or do a girls brunch, or lunch date here. You can even order to-go and take the deliciousness to a picnic on the water. Be aware that they close after lunch hours so check the time before heading out.

😁 Dana met me at the register where they take your order. I was a tad late for breakfast so I asked Dana what she recommended and she completely sold me on the ENVY sandwich. The inside is cozy, light music in the background, stained pallets on the wall that serve as holders for rooting pothos. Nice and clean. The sandwich comes hot off the grill with a toasted bun and a signature sauce. Dana also recommended the Pablano queso soup. The soup is a perfect compliment to the sandwich. Both are delicious. I wish I lived closer, i would visit often. Thank you Cravings for raising the bar.

Cute decor. Very, very friendly staff. Excellent food and cookies! Live in SA but definitely include Cravings on our go to list whenever in NB.

If you want good service this is not the place to go. I went through the drive thru and was told to park in front food would be right out. 3 cars came after me and placed their orders they all got served before me. Finally after 35 mins of waiting and asking the girl bringing the food outside 3 times where was my order she finally brings it out. I get all.the way home and find out they didn't put all of my order in the bags had to go all the way back. My first time there and will never go back . Bad service period.
