New Braunfels was a wonderful drive through, beautiful area. Thanks to a resident, we were told NEVER to pick flowers on the side of the road as there may be rattle snakes hiding below the shade provided by the gorgeous flowers we found on our way. Be careful!

Very friendly. Got a good start on our day trip here with directions, recommendations and parking tips for a festival we were interested in. Starting my Texas Hill Country Trail passport, which I picked up here today!

The sweet women in the visitors center helped us with different spots ti check out while in the area and they were full of great information!! Highly recommended going if your new to the area for information!

We just left the New Braufels Visitor center. Robin was so knowledgeable about the town. Both ladies gave us such great ideas about our visit today. Thank you 😊

Friendly, knowledgeable staff with lots of New Braunfels informational, pamphlets, brochures and maps available for free. Very nice, well organized and clean facility.

It was such a good resource for everything NB related. Has great brochures inside of cool places to see and do! Such a nice staff! I appreciate all the help she gave! Keep up the great job! :)

Totally worth the ten minutes to stop in and let a local tell you what's up. The lady was super friendly and very informative. You'll get a better lay of the land and you can decide what takes priority, because there is more to do and see than you can accomplish in two days.

Quite a bit of good information, for free; as well as cheerful, knowledgeable volunteer staff. My favorite city has a welcome center worthy of it's tradition of Teutonic hospitality!

We stopped in to check it out even though we live here. The ladies were very helpful and told me a couple of places to take the kids on a rainy day. They also have very nice restrooms.
