They fixed a Tag watch that the Tag Dealership said could not be fixed! I bought this watch in the early ‘90s. I took it to several Tag dealers and even sent it to the official Tag Repair to get it fixed. They said they didn’t make parts for it anymore and offered a 20% discount on a new watch. It’s literally been sitting in a drawer for years bc I could not emotionally part with it. Borrego Fine Jewelry sent it to their servicer and it was a simple, quick and cost effective repair. I. Am. I got a raise and have been thinking about treating myself to a nice watch or chain. Heard great things about Borrego’s shop and decided to walk in to shop around got 5 star service. The staff were accommodating, helpful, patient, and gave me a thorough education on the different options available. I wasn’t able to make the buy yesterday but I’ll almost certainly be coming back to make my first purchase based on the experience I had and the stellar first impression they made. 10/10

I felt wonderful from the moment I stepped through the doors at Borrego. The staff is over- the- top awesome. They fixed my botched watch in a jiffy at a very fair price. The store was busy, but the employees and owner took time to get me in and out. I couldn't possibly recommend this fine establishment any more highly!

After 12 years, my original wedding ring set from another jeweler cracked and became very uncomfortable. Mr. Borrego helped us remake my wedding set to be both stronger and more beautiful. The process was so easy and the final ring set is absolutely gorgeous!!! We will be purchasing all future diamonds and jewelry at Borregos.

Dolly helped us create an absolutely stunning modern art deco engagement ring using diamonds from my original engagement ring and from my great grandmother’s setting. She took my dream and made it a reality. To pull this off required a ton of effort on her part, but WOW did it pay off. After 20 yrs of marriage I finally have MY ring.

I brought my wedding to Borrego Jeweler because I took them somewhere else and they came back wrong. This place was friendly, and very accommodating for my short timeframe as I was leaving Texas in the next week… My ring is now amazing!!! On my next visit, I will design a wedding band with their designer to go with the ring that they have fixed for me. I can’t say enough good things about them. Above and beyond!!!!

The store has beautiful, unique and classic jewelry. The customer service was wonderful- not rushed - both gentleman were extremely nice. I had some watch batteries replaced, a ring sized and of course left with a gorgeous necklace. I highly recommend!

My daughter had a special charm with a weak ring for the chain to thread through. The ring was not soldered shut so it kept opening. Borrego’s made a new, thicker ring which was soldered shut for her charm while I waited. This service was above and beyond what I expected. Another jewelry store in town doesn’t replace watch batteries, instead they give you the information of where to ship it so you do all the work. I had a watch needing a new battery and didn’t want to have to ship it off. Borrego’s was quick to replace the battery for me. Amazing service by extremely helpful employees. Beautiful jewelry with reasonable pricing.

I met the owner, Bob Borrego who was extremely helpful in showing me his inventory and helping me to choose exactly what I wanted for a gift. His sales associate, Aaron was also very attentive, patient and kind with handling my purchase and on his day off, he was still involved after another sales associate Wendy took over. She was knowledgeable and in tune with what I exactly needed changed on the beautiful necklace that I purchased. Borrego Fine Jewelry store mailed my necklace overnight and Wendy kept in touch with me until it was received. Their customer service goes beyond good or great, it was excellent! When purchasing Jewelry, I will use them always and recommend everyone else to do the same.

Borregos did a beautiful job recreating my mom original engagement ring. Only flaw was the backorder of the insert but, nothing they could do about that. I hope to do some more work with them in the future.

Great knowledge and varieties of customer jewelry and watches …. They swapped out some batteries for me on fine watches and then we sat and had an enjoyable conversation on watch brands and designs. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Bob Borrego specifically was helpful and great at explaining the brands to me. I will use again.

Took my earrings to just get the hook fixed, which was an easy fix, but I am very sentimental about these since my dad gave them to me a long time ago, and I felt so secure leaving them with Borrego. The staff is incredible, so so kind and professional, and I love that they have a picture of your jewelry item on the receipt for you. And the price for the repair was very reasonable, I’m sure I could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere, but you pay for what you get, they even cleaned them up for me and reshaped the other hoop. I will never go anywhere else for any other jewelry need. Thank you so much!

Service surpassing other jewelers. I took a pair of earrings to Borrego's for repair that I had purchased for my wife in an art gallery on our third wedding anniversary. I tried to have them repaired at other "fine" jewelers in town only to be told that they were unable to unwilling to work on "non-precious" jewelry. Well, they were precious to my wife. Borrego's didn't bat an eye. I got them back in days and they look as good as new. Other jewelers may know the value of a stone, but clearly Borrego's understands the value of a customer.

I am 76 y/o and shopped jewelry stores around the world. Truly, Bob and his staff make Borrego one of the best. They are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. They know their jewelry and go out of their way to make satisfied customers who will be lifelong shoppers at B. What" s even more important is that my husband is comfortable shopping there. I had my engagement ring re-sized, re-tipped, and the diamond moved down a bit so that it wouldn't stick out as much.. they got this done within about 3 hours! I was very impressed with the professionalism, speed, and overall product. Very impressed! Will be coming back.

I am pleasantly surprised. I went to the store with my wife, with a raw gemstone, which I had purchased years ago. We did not know if we wanted a ring or a pendant. Showed it to Mr Borrego and without any hesitation he sketched a design while we were in the store. No waiting to send it away or waiting for some design proposals. We agreed on the design, and, it came back far better than we expected. Having lived in Switzerland and other major European capitals working with some of the local jewelry stores, I will propose that Borrego's is as good, or better, than most I have experienced. I strongly suggest if you want something, go to Borrego's.
