Phillip rocks! (Think that was his name) Bought a pair of Brooks but after 15 miles and a week later I couldn't stand the heel. They swapped it out and were super helpful! New brooks are great. Shop local!

These guys have been great to help me select the right shoes a few times now. Great selection, and helpful staff for avid runners. Good deals on clearance shoes, and a loyalty program that kicks in quick to save some on top quality running shoes.

Very nice staff but I bought a pair of Hoka’s that the pair got holes in the heel after a week. I was provided a replacement and called them 15 days later with the same problem. The manager was so helpful and refunded my money so that I could apply towards something else.

I came in with my son to get shoes for him as he was suffering from feet pain. I got a strange look as why I was there. I explained to them I wanted to shop local as my son needed shoes fitted specifically for his feet. Other than the cold welcoming, they delivered. It would have been a 5 star if I wasn’t made to feel I was in the wrong place.

It was my first time at U-Run in New Braunfels, and I was greeted by Philip who was very friendly and welcoming which is rare now at days. He measured both my feet and brought out various Hoka shoes for me to try on since that is the main reason I went to try on some Hoka shoes. Found a pair that I really liked, so I bought them. Will definitely be returning! Thank you Philip!
