couple
days
in
and
I’m
already
having
issues.
The
sales
guy
Sean
who
sold
me
my
mattress
was
unable
to
offer
to
deliver
the
mattress
for
free.
So
I
had
to
pick
up
my
mattress
in
San
Antonio
in
order
to
not
pay
for
a
delivery
charge.I’m
pregnant
and
was
hoping
that
I
wouldn’t
have
to
hassle
with
moving
anything.
My
friend
who
helped
me
pickup
the
mattress
informed
me
she
purchased
her
mattress
through
the
creekside
location
and
the
delivery
was
free.
So
I
already
feel
cheated.
They
gave
me
a
medium
instead
of
a
firm
mattress.
Which
was
my
main
concern
the
entirety
of
my
store
experience.
Because
to
soft
of
a
mattress
causes
back
pain
for
me.
Now
I’m
certain
that
my
only
solution
at
this
point
is
to
pay
the
re
stocking
fee
to
be
given
the
correct
mattress.
Secondly
Sean
entered
in
my
information
for
me
into
their
system
because
it
was
not
working
correctly.
So
in
doing
so
I
was
unable
to
see
my
information
on
his
screen
and
subsequently
my
social
was
entered
in
incorrectly.
I
felt
rushed
through
the
process
and
it
made
me
feel
like
a
nuisance.
Mind
you
there
was
not
a
single
other
customer
in
the
store.
So
now
I
have
spent
the
past
two
days
over
the
phone
with
the
leasing
company
and
I’m
unable
to
login
to
my
account
because
my
social
was
entered
incorrectly.
So
not
only
am
I
unable
to
access
my
bill,
I
cannot
pay
it.
Leasing
company
informed
me
they
would
fix
the
issue
and
still
have
not
after
claiming
it
would
all
be
sorted
in
3
business
days.
All
and
all
the
whole
experience
has
been
terrible.
So
I’m
$2100
in
with
not
even
the
correct
mattress
to
show
for
it.
Also
he
offered
free
pillows
with
the
purchase
of
the
mattress
then
recanted
at
the
end
and
said
they
were
$55
piece.
Very
unprofessional
behavior.
I
feel
I
was
lied
to
and
taken
advantage
of.
