Will Crosby is THE example of exceptional customer service! During our recent move the remote to our adjustable bed frame was misplaced. I called to get instructions on how to pair the new remote purchased direct from the factory. Not only did Will call me back to provide an alternate phone number for the factory, but a couple of hours later he called to request my email address so that he could send the proper manual he was able to find. What this meant to me is that he persisted in researching an answer for us even though we didn’t purchase the bases or mattresses from him. Wow! That level of dedication hardly exists anymore. You can bet we will go see Mr Will Crosby next time we need a mattress.

Salesman Will at this location is very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile for his customers. Mattress Firm dropped the ball on having my delivery of a new mattress and adjustable base. The bed arrived, no problem, but the base did not. This was not good enough for Will. He drove to Austin to pick up the adjustable base and dropped it off to me 3 hrs after the mattress. Way to go, and thank you, Will.

We stopped by this Mattress Firm location on Labor Day, and we're glad we did. Will, our sleep expert, was very helpful with our mattress purchase. We told him exactly what we were looking for in a mattress, and he gave us the best options. We were able to decide on a mattress in minimal time and the whole process took probably less than an hour. The delivery process was just as efficient. As it turned out, the box spring foundation we selected was just too high for us so we contacted Will. Again, Will stepped up and submitted the exchange and delivery of a low-profile foundation in minimal time. We're very grateful to Will for his outstanding customer support/service, and very happy with our new mattress set.

Mr. Will greeted us in a non aggressive manner asked a few question and presented us with options for what we needed. Did not try to up-sell us to more expensive models. Had good product knowledge and the mattress came with a price match guarantee. Next day delivery and haul-off for $29.

Will was so helpful! We’ve been putting off getting a mattress for years and we finally decided to come in to this location. We are so glad! He respected our price point and was very educational about what we needed.

A couple days in and I’m already having issues. The sales guy Sean who sold me my mattress was unable to offer to deliver the mattress for free. So I had to pick up my mattress in San Antonio in order to not pay for a delivery charge.I’m pregnant and was hoping that I wouldn’t have to hassle with moving anything. My friend who helped me pickup the mattress informed me she purchased her mattress through the creekside location and the delivery was free. So I already feel cheated. They gave me a medium instead of a firm mattress. Which was my main concern the entirety of my store experience. Because to soft of a mattress causes back pain for me. Now I’m certain that my only solution at this point is to pay the re stocking fee to be given the correct mattress. Secondly Sean entered in my information for me into their system because it was not working correctly. So in doing so I was unable to see my information on his screen and subsequently my social was entered in incorrectly. I felt rushed through the process and it made me feel like a nuisance. Mind you there was not a single other customer in the store. So now I have spent the past two days over the phone with the leasing company and I’m unable to login to my account because my social was entered incorrectly. So not only am I unable to access my bill, I cannot pay it. Leasing company informed me they would fix the issue and still have not after claiming it would all be sorted in 3 business days. All and all the whole experience has been terrible. So I’m $2100 in with not even the correct mattress to show for it. Also he offered free pillows with the purchase of the mattress then recanted at the end and said they were $55 piece. Very unprofessional behavior. I feel I was lied to and taken advantage of.

Sean at New Braunfels location was excellent, let him know I was a previous employee of Mattress Firm and Sleep Train. He didn’t try and pressure us or give us inflated pricing. I told him what we were willing to pay and he made it happen. Thanks Sean and we will bring you more business for sure! 4 stars is the best I give as 5 is reserved for Jesus! 😂

Don’t remember the gentleman’s name but he helped us out very fast and had our beds delivered the next day. Gave us a huge discount savings us hundreds of dollars. They helped us find a bed we didn’t even know we wanted and it wasn’t some kind of cheap sales pitch they could we were in a hurry and wanted to get this done quick. We would 100% go back and buy again! Thank you guys!

We really appreciated Will tonight helping us select the right mattress. He was informative without trying to push us into a high priced mattress. We chose the Tulo foam mattress as we slept on one at our daughters home while visiting. He let us know the mattress has a 10 warranty and we can exchange for a different mattress between 21 and 120 days after purchase. This took the fear out of being a first time foam mattress buyer.

Justin was AMAZING. Let's be real, mattress shopping sucks, but Justin took all the stress out of an otherwise sleepless process. He was incredibly knowledgeable when helping us decide what mattress would work best for us. He was extremely patient, servicing us during at least 4-5 separate trips to the store, and never once pressured us to make a purchase. There were some amazing deals he helped us take advantage of, and even made us aware of other deals that were not readily advertised. When the first mattress we went with didnt work out as we expected, he was very accommodating and made the sleep guarantee that Mattress Firm offers a seamless and painless experience. We could not be happier with the mattress and adjustable base that Justin helped us find, and will surely have many years of quality sleep as a result. Next time we need a new mattress, we will absolutely be seeking Justin out, and so should you!

I waited to write this review until things were all wrapped up (Purchase and Delivery). The purchase was pretty easy as I made it over the phone. The salesman Sean (sorry if I spelled wrong) was very helpful. They have this process where it sends an E-mail and you pay that way. It didn't work for me as I just moved and I was still waiting on bank to process address change. Best guess. Anyhow, he went ahead and locked in the order so I could keep my delivery time and I went in and paid the next day. The guy on duty was very customer focused and had me wait while he took care of the present customers needs. I'm okay with that as I would hope for the same treatment. The delivery was pretty easy. Typical two hour bracket. Automated system called and said 20 minutes out so that was nice. They were quick in getting my old mattresses out (RV mattresses and a week old) and will donate to Habitat for Humanity. Win all around! Final thought: I think they seem like pretty good folks and if I wanted a normal mattress, the sales staff are quite knowledgeable. Pretty sure they will find a good fit for you!
