Cool store, lots of 'retro' items and contemporary stuff. My biggest gripe is it's a toy store, with a giant duck on the building, my 11 and 9 y/o boys really wanted to see what was inside.. So we finally visit and there are MANY inappropriate items for young children. 'F@#$' is emblazoned on NUMEROUS items, all at the kids' eye level. Good place to shop for kids and novelty items. NOT a good place to take a child.

Don’t take your kids here! This is called a toy store & they have toys. They also have MANY inappropriate items with very bad language at kids’ eye level. Take the duck off the roof and change the name if you want to sell adult items. I was upset I took my 8 & 10 year olds in there. Never again!!!!

Nice folks but honestly there's like three shops in gruene with the same tacky neoliberal political toys i could find anywhere in "small-town, usa" - nothing local, nothing texan, nothing special.

Loved the local toy store! Lots of things I don't see at other toy stores. I have a few gifts on my list now.

I love the adult section, too cute. My favorite is the big selection of Melissa and Doug toys. Reasonable prices for the good quality. Thank you, see you again!!!

This store has been around for a long time. It used to be a great place to find old fashioned toys, miniatures, books, and children's gifts. Some of that is still there...but now over half of the store is "edgy adult" stuff. Toys for toddlers are located right next to BLM and Pride propaganda. No thanks and goodbye.

***MILITARY DISCOUNT*** Toys for ALL AGES🤩 This is one of the cutest toy shops I have been to in a long time. They had nostalgic items like Gumby figures, nostalgic candy's, old fashioned boards games to hilarious socks to give as a gift for those who have everything. Actually has decent parking but if parking on the street, be sure your passenger opens the door slowly. These curbs are very tall and will clips your door. Happy shopping!

This place has a lot of cool little knickknacks and gadgets. Definitely a unique store, not like other toy stores. The staff there was very friendly and helpful.

What a fun little find! We were headed to eat and walked in to find the store packed with lots of toys and games. I was surprised to see toys from my childhood here! The also have a large selection of educational items and kids books. I loved the huge section of socks. I finally selected one and a couple of magnets. If you are looking for a gift for someone that has everything or they are picky, this might be the perfect place. On the weekend parking can be difficult but worth the short walk. It is neaby other great places so make it a day trip. We will have to return and spend more time in the store. Staff was super friendly. Prices are reasonable. Recommend.

Great little place! funny gifts and great toys

I LOVE this store. I bring my son here about once a month (when a reward for good behavior is in order). The staff is always friendly, the music is always fun, and my son could literally spend the day here just looking around. And most importantly, there's a really great selection of toys!

Fun little toy store with a huge suggestion. Our 4 year old nephew and my 33 year old fiance all found fun and cute stuff. We ended up buying goodies and fun for everyone. I saw some of the comments about the children's area and adults area not being adequately separated. We did not find that to be true at all. I felt our 4 year old was more than safe and HAPPY the entire time we ALL browsed. Never once were we worried he would see something "he should not". Bottom line was, lots and lots of cool toys and trinkets for all of us. It was fun exploring the shelves.

This store has it all! The sweet lady in the shop today guided us to a toy we would not have gotten on our own… suggesting that our toddler would love it and encourage independent play. She was not wrong, our toddler hasn’t put it down! So worth the stop in.
