Everything was great. Put in order online, immediately got personal email asking my preference in paper, etc. I scheduled it for pickup the following afternoon. I went in, everything was complete as expected, and even was shrink wrapped, which was a huge surprise of taking customer service to the next level - something you would never see at Office Depot. However, when I was able to get back onto my computer the following day, I noticed that I was charged roughly $200, versus the $150 that I was quoted on the website and via email. When I spoke with the manager Samantha about it, it was a simple mistake in their system, and she quickly applied the credit to the account.

I’ve ordered a few times for my business and have used them to print shipping labels for my other business! Debi and Kayla are so kind and supper helpful. I have used other print shops but this one by far is my favorite place. I will be using this shop for as long as I live here. Great job ladies!

Had to get a banner and some flyers made quickly (I dragged my feet) and they delivered great and quick service! Special shout-out to Debbie and Diego! Debbie helped me, made sure my project was priority and kept my best interest in mind, when I started to settle on design. Diego crushed it by quickly redesigning my logo that looks just as good (if not better) as the original. Will be using them for all my future prints!

They got over 500 cards printed out in the same day and even had to put them together on the computer for me. I can't say enough good things about the staff at Sundance. They were so incredibly responsive to my individual concerns and questions every single step of the way. They never made me feel rushed or that they were annoyed with me at any point. My wedding invitations look beautiful and I couldn't be happier with the quality of their print job. Also, they WILL print addresses on the envelopes, both mailing and return addresses. other bigger brand names won't do all that for you and they charge more for the things they will do! thank you Sundance!!

Very happy with their service. After having tried twice to get Office Depot/Max to print two posters in the right size I came into Sundance. Aaron immediately understood what I wanted and delivered two perfect posters in the perfect size within 10-15 mins.

I tried Sundance Print Centers for the first time to print some flyers for me. I was blown away by their customer service and friendly staff. Debi was extremely helpful getting my flyer like I wanted and the speed of service was incredible. I went in just before closing time and they were ready early the next morning. I will be using them from now on.

Always friendly with great customer service. We come here to print blue print plans for our custom home building business. Raquel at the front desk is extremely helpful. There is a seating area as well if you have a short wait until your product is ready.

Go glad I found this print shop! They do small to large projects and signage. My project needed some photos shrunk w/out distortions on postcard thick stock, new creations which I had in my mind but didn't have an example other than the two items I needed have to be specific sizes, and I needed all of this as a rushed order. Diego spent about an hour with me helping get the measurements correct, putting my ideas in my head and brought them to life helping with designs and sent me proofs before I went back to get my project I had to add a picture, last minute, and decided to make some changes (not Diego's fault), and he handled everything w/out making me feel I was an inconvenience. He took down my changes and their turnaround is 2-3 days. The copies I am making are not on file and so reorders will not be an issue. The other great incentive of New Braunfels Sundance Print Centers is how affordable they are for all the work I needed done. 250 copies of 6 items each was less than $200 and that included the design help! I highly recommend Sundance Print Centers.
