Another delicious meal in the great state of Minnesota!! Salt & pepper chicken has great flavor 👌🏻 I had the vegetable phô with tofu added to it. The broth also had great flavor 😋 Glad we found this place. It was the first time my friends had tried phô and they LOVED IT!!

The building is non descriptive, once you walk in you can smell the pho's aroma. My flank steak, tendon pho was quite good, service was fast and friendly.

Other than potholes in the parking lot, the spring rolls and pho are great with adequate seating! I work nearby, so it's tough to resist eating here every day.

I've been there three times. Each time, the pork chops were tender and bone sucking tender. That consistency is quite a feat. Pho broth is rich and satisfying. Good sized portions and the staff does their best to keep service churning. Tons of families and kids, and a good mix of ethnicities at the tables. Wife's favorite spot in the north metro.

The pho is amazing!!!!!! The egg rolls are crunchy and crispy more so than the typical ones you are familiar with! The broth for the pho is great! It’s definitely worth the visit.

Delicious! Service was very extremely attentive. Also you can order food with no MSG. I had Pad Thai and it was scrumptious. It had no heat which was good for me. I love heat but it does not love me. If you're looking for a really good food and a place to converse with friends, this is a nice place to go.

We ordered 1 banh mi sandwich, 2 egg rolls, and 2 orders of chicken pho. -Egg rolls pretty solid not too greasy lots of flavor probably give them a 3 -The banh mi Bread was toasted had a good flavor mandated pork was pretty solid 3 out of 5 - The pho Broth tasted a little water down but so has most restaurants since covid. Chicken didn't have much flavor to it. They didn't give us very many vegetables. Meatballs were not good only ate 1 out of the 6 they gave me. - Service was good.. Female waitress was very friendly. - Atmosphere was good until one of the workers stood right outside the door smoking cigarettes as we walked out.🤦🏽‍♂️ I would say a little above average but we would return. Short Fat & Ugly Out!

Pho is outstanding! Shrimp and pork rice noodle soup was so good and the pad thai and sweet and sour chicken looked delicious. Everything was very fresh and flavorful. Kaitlyn was an excellent server!! No bubble tea though, please consider adding!

Great address if you like authentic Vietnamese food. If you have a problem with fresh coriander, specify it insistently because it is found in almost all standard dishes. The service is very fast. "Canteen" spirit.

Pho 400. Ordered spring rolls, fried rice, special pho, bahn mi, and their famous bo bun hue. Spring rolls: typical. Sauce was good. 6/10. Bahn Mi: small, packed decently. Good. Wish they used yellow mayo. Bread was good. 8/10 Fried rice: I am a strong believer that the Vietnamese have their own fried rice and it is very different than Chinese. In my opinion, this was pretty typical vs other Vietnamese fried rice. 6/10. Pho: broth was good. Until I mixed and then it kinda lost its body. I can't explain it. Like as if I added water to the bowl. Pho to me needs noodle and meat ratio. Like 60/40. The meat here was on the slim side. Thin meat, tendon sliced thin, and I don't remember if there was tripe. Only 1 size. 6/10 My wife the Bo bun hue. I don't know how it is supposed to taste like, but I thought it was okay. The pork belly was kinda wild/gamey. 6/10. I supposed if I was in the area, I would come back.

Delicious dinner I have with Pho 400. The rice platter with beef ribs and pork along with the fried rice and pad Thai. Definitely going to order again. Thank you!

We get Pho 400 at least once a month, and we are never disappointed. Our order is always hot, fresh and correct. The food is delicious. Best pad Thai and pho around the twin cities in my opinion.

First time here and the service was fast,attentive and knowledgeable. Ambiance is a bit dated with some “eyesore” ceiling stains. I don’t go crazy when ordering for the first time at any restaurant so I had the spring rolls and lean beef pho. The broth was a solid 3 stars and so was the spring roll. Nothing really jumped out at me and made me want to crave or order it again. Would I come back? Perhaps. Would I tell a friend? Maybe There are a ton of pho places in the twin cities and I give this place a 3star judgment. If and when I do come back I’ll try something a bit more exciting and adventurous.

First time ever having pho. I got the special and could not eat the tripe or tendons, didn't enjoy their flavors. The rest of the pho was good. I will try a different flavor of pho next time, would not reorder the special pho. Also tried the steamed shrimp dumpling (thick dumpling texture, inside was delicious with the sauce), egg rolls (done extra crispy--past my enjoyment level for texture, but the flavor of the filling was good), & the spring rolls (which were delicious!). It was the staff that made me want to return. Our waitress was incredible! She answered all our questions, offered helpful suggestions, and overall was very friendly and nice!

This restaurant has never let me down until today. There take out service was that great. Cook yelling and food missing from my order. Suppose to have egg rolls. Doesn't look appetizing. Normally a great restaurant

Wonderful experience. Someone greeted us right away at the door. Got seated quickly. Food came quickly. Pho was great! Pork with broken rice was excellent! Appetizer combo + pork steamed dumplings were excellent! Our waiter was so pleasant and attentive ❤️ It was worth the drive. Cash only though.

Overall, a very meh experience. The decor is very dated and unwelcoming and the restaurant was freezing inside (a waiter even thought so too). The food came out quick and the waitstaff was great. The pho with beef was good but nothing to write home about. On the garnish plate, the mint leaves were slightly wilted, the jalapeño slices were clearly old and dried out, and the bean sprouts were beginning to brown as well. The bahn mi had a very weird taste to it from the sauce that was on it. I’ve loved every banh mi sandwich I’ve gotten from other places so I’m not sure what was going on here. I wouldn’t go out your way for this place, but the prices were really good and the pho is good if you can’t find anything better within a 20-minute drive.

We ordered the meatball spring rolls, chicken pho and bún. Prices were excellent, service was great. I do wish the spring rolls had more herbs in them, they were a bit bland. Everything else was super tasty, we will be back to try more dishes.

Pretty good. Fish sauce was good and not sweet. We had Bahn MI and they were good. Just get extra meat. Son had chicken fried rice and it was pretty good.some fish sauce helped it out. Like most places here the restaurant food needs more flavor. Just a bit bland. Not bad, just bland.
