Very rough start to my morning. As a truck driver, it is very difficult to unhook my trailer and leave it at a bigger parking lot just to be able to get something to eat or drink. And after all that the employees are nowhere to be found, 2 cars in the parking lot but the employees are pdiddling each other in the storage room. Haha Update- IT is roughly 4:30am Friday

Very nice service at the drive thru. Was greated by a very pleasant staff. I don't like it when I order a sandwich I'm not told first by the staff that the English muffins, bagels, anything bread related is stale from the morning earlier when I'm ordering at night. I threw out the sandwich as the English muffin was chewy like beef jerky... hard to bight into and chewing it, one could lose a filling or crown Company needs to keep customers in tune to quality of breads available.

Today my son stop in drive thru awwfull service young kids playing around making my son wait at window while cashier was talking with other workers coffee where done wrong to much sugar and no cream in one coffee she kept telling kid at drive thru come on I need those coffees and she says wait to busy running her mouth awwfull service...... so today I had to go into this dunking dount drive thru always awwfull service again but I was in rush coffee liquid was yellowish not tasted right I pour some I into other cup was yellowish taste nasty dount was hard as a rock like wrapped saved for next day never again ewwwww

Didn't know what a latte is, you work at Dunkin and don't know what a latte is? Lol

Best place to eat especially my hot chocolate and my sesame 🥯 🍩 .

Pricing and food and service outpaces McD. Could upgrade breakfast menu.

They are extremely busy on a Saturday morning but the positive attitude of the employees made the wait worthwhile. I was actually surprised at how good our drinks came out considering how busy they were, a lot of pressure but they did a great job.

They never mix my matcha and putt ice a lot more then the beverage. My cheese in tomato grilled cheese sandwich is always cold. Employees are friendly accept one she might has some personal issues. If you work an hourly job dont go there to get your breakfast its so crowded. That's all for now will update more.

By far the best Dunkin experience I have ever had. I was experiencing an issue with both my payment method and the rewards in the app and the sweet lady working at the counter was very understanding and generous. She wished me a happy holidays and fulfilled my order despite not having a way to pay for it. I left the store so happy knowing I would make the drive out to this location because of this experience. My order was also made to perfection.

In and out pretty quickly, which is a great thing, but being stocked on large straws and napkins was an issue for me. Other than that great place

I used to come to this place every day to get my breakfast but not anymore, they did double charge on my CC account same amount, I talked to the manager and she said she cannot do nothing for me. 🤷‍♂️

Was just calling to let you know you sold me a RAW donut so you won't keep selling them to others but yall keep hanging up my call.
