lived here for 3 years + 1 month. Reviews have been edited /added yearly starting 2019. Initial post in 2019: I have been living here for the last 1 year and it is incredible . Valerie and Jose are there to solve any problems and they are extremely helpful. Generous parking space and apartments are cheaper than the next block. If you are working at SPUH it will be a walking 10 min distance. Rutgers bus stops just in front of colony house which is 2 min walking from here. This apartment is pet friendly. Do not misplace your keys cuz the cost of opening the door is 50$. The washing machine at the basement cost you 2.1$ for washing 27 minutes and 2$ for drying 55 min. The wash is not incredible especially if you sweat. Not all the dryers work all the time and you simply lose your money. Edited this on 8th Jan, 2020: There are brand new washing machines and Driers. I feel these machines washes clothes better than the previous ones so please ignore the above negative comment about the washing machines. I haven't lost any money yet. :P Edited on 8/2/2021: I have stayed in this apartment complex for 3 years. Those three years were wonderful. A lot have improved in this apartment complex: 1. The washing machines and dryers are great. you can pay online to use it and time it accordingly. Much improved as compared to 2018 machines. They even have two carts to move your laundries around (to be kept in the laundry room). 2. Maintenance service is amazing. The two guys knows how to fix everything and they are prompt. They will also help you with other stuffs if you need their help. Cleaning lady is very sweet and helpful. 3. Olivia is the new manager there. She is fast in responding and very helpful. 4. COVID Precautions: They have hand sanitizers in the elevators and at both entrances. I have never seen it run out. Limited number of people in elevators (COVID precautions). Gym is open with 2 people at a time. 5. They have issued stickers to be placed on individual cars belonging to certain apartment. You can even rent out a designated parking space if you want to. 6. Door opening when you lost your key, there is no more a fee attached (not so sure about it but I was not charged). 7. My AC was not working and I informed Olivia. The same day it was replaced with a new one. 8. Designated space to throw away your thrash, recycles and big furnitures (Always been there since 2018). 9. Safety of my online orders as all orders are left in the basement and few in level 1. (I tend to order a lot and even took a Parcel Pending subscription in 2018, then it was $20 once time payment. Totally worth it). The post boxes are huge to fit all stuffs without needing to fold them (as compared to most old postboxes). If there was anything I would suggest to improve: 1. Using credit card to pay house rents without a fee. 2. Emails instead of paper notifications. 3. A shopping cart to transfer stuffs from Level 1 to any floor (Just like the ones in the laundry room) If I am ever back in New Brunswick and want to live in an apartment I will definitely chose Landing Lane Apartments again.

Kreigman and Smith does not value long time tenants, especially during a pandemic. If you live their longer than 5 years, make sure you get your apartment painted and new carpet, because they won’t take care of it otherwise. Then they will take money from your security deposit because an apartment was lived in for years. There are nicer places for the same money. *Edit: I made several attempts to contact the person in charge of my security deposit and was ignored. This was after I was told not to worry, since they hadn’t held up their responsibilities with new carpet and painting twice since I lived there. I don’t see how contacting the marketing director will change the outcome. I had the same carpet for 13 years.

My wife and I lived there for 3 years and had little to no problems. The apartments are nicely sized, and the conditions are generally calm. When it snows the maintenance staff, who are very friendly, do an excellent job. When we moved out, we basically got our whole security deposit back, even though there was wear and tear from our having lived there for 3 years. Overall a great experience that I find myself missing.

A little noisy, you can feel a lot of tenants, walking in the apartments above and children playing with things that fall to the floor, it feels like they are in our apartment, otherwise, it is comfortable and spacious. Good services. Thank you 🙏

I have been living in the building for more than one year. I decided to renew my lease after the first year (despite the fact that the rent is too expensive compared to that of similar buildings around and they keep on raising it every year) mainly because of the manager Ms. Valerie Fasano. I have been renting for more than 15 years and have lived in different apartment buildings in different countries: Cameroon, Italy, Germany, France, Canada, and now US. In rank, Valerie is second to none of the managers I have come across; She is usually prompt to fix any issue in my apartment, respond promptly to my messages and calls, very professional, warm and accommodating. I will like to seize this opportunity to thank her for all her help so far and to let her know that I appreciate the awesome smile she usually put on her face when talking to someone, the fact that I misplaced my mail box key and she took her time and help me out . You are the best Valerie!. I strongly recommend the apartment ( if Valerie is still the manager by the time you are reading this). The building is very secured (very surprising as people normally feel that because it is in New brunswick it won't be), quiet, very clean (my cousin visited me and mentioned that it looks like a hotel),and in a great location (by a park and just 10 minutes walk away from the popular pubs and restaurants). Can't say much about the heat in the building during winter as this winter was really bad, though last winter was ok.

Well I have been living here over 30 years it's a long time been through some excellent excellent managers of the building only a couple or maybe a few weren't good but they would get rid of them I never really had any complaints and when I did they were taken care of. And one thing about living here also is everything is close around you to get to the route 18 Route 1 to 287. And my family lives all around me so that's a plus also. So I'm happy to be here thank you😊

Please do not rent at this apartment complex. Throughout my 2 years living here, exterminators would enter our apartment at random times if the chain was not used on the door, making me feel extremely unsafe especially when I was in the shower and could not hear them knocking at the door. Water for the apartment was shut off at least twice a month and there was constant construction in the basement. Furthermore, we had so many spiders and gnats in the apartment, and when I asked maintenance to take care of them, they said they could not do anything. If you look up at the vents in the elevator they were never properly cleaned on a routine basis and there was a lingering smell in both the hallways and basement. While I was in the process of moving out, management entered my apartment after I explicitly told them not to, and stole items out of the apartment. They also turned our AC units to 60 degrees resulting in a very high electricity bill. They also changed the move-in date on me without notice as I did not find out until the day I arrived and did not finish cleaning the apartment by the originally scheduled date. This is a horrible place to live, and please do not make the same mistake I did by living here. Update: They also took 50 dollars from my security deposit when the apartment was perfectly clean. So on top of stealing around 50 dollars worth of stuff from me, they also stole 50 dollars from my security deposit.

I really love this place and I have not even moved in yet! The staff (especially Ms. Olivia) are amazingly courteous, professional and welcoming. The neighbors are polite also! The building smells soooooooo fresh and is clean and safe. I can't wait to move in and enjoy the amenities and residential community first hand! Thank you 10 Landing Lane!

10 landing ln is a wonderful place to live. The location is great. Everytime I’ve had a maintenance issue the property manager, Olivia and her team are always quick to respond. Olivia truly cares about this property and her tenants. She knows each and every one of us by name, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is comfortable and happy, and that the building is safe and secure place we can call home.

My husband and I lived in the building for three years and loved every bit of it. The staff is very helpful and prompt with any complaints. Jose has come to our rescue numerous times and each time with a smile. Valerie, the manager of the building is very professional and always ready to help.

😠 The experience of living in this place has been a total disaster. 1. This place is located in a flood-prone area. In the first month after I moved in, my car got flooded and totaled in the parking garage. The leasing office had never mentioned the possibility of this happening. 2. The leasing offi...

👍👍 One of the best apartments I have seen. What is the most unique compared to other luxury apartments is the library, game room, and movie rooms. I think for the location and amenities it is one of the best steaks in town! Great staff and generally a great environment.

🫤 My biggest complaints are: 1. Cheapest possible appliances, the stove doesn't even have a digital display for the stove and there is NO GARBAGE DISPOSAL. 2. Paying rent online they FORCE you to pay a "convenience fee" despite being fully automated and online. 3. They don't let you use the stairs,...
