I
have
been
living
here
for
the
last
1
year
and
it
is
incredible
.
Valerie
and
Jose
are
there
to
solve
any
problems
and
they
are
extremely
helpful.
Generous
parking
space
and
apartments
are
cheaper
than
the
next
block.
If
you
are
working
at
SPUH
it
will
be
a
walking
10
min
distance.
Rutgers
bus
stops
just
in
front
of
colony
house
which
is
2
min
walking
from
here.
This
apartment
is
pet
friendly.
Do
not
misplace
your
keys
cuz
the
cost
of
opening
the
door
is
50$.
The
washing
machine
at
the
basement
cost
you
2.1$
for
washing
27
minutes
and
2$
for
drying
55
min.
The
wash
is
not
incredible
especially
if
you
sweat.
Not
all
the
dryers
work
all
the
time
and
you
simply
lose
your
money.

There
are
brand
new
washing
machines
and
Driers.
I
feel
these
machines
washes
clothes
better
than
the
previous
ones
so
please
ignore
the
above
negative
comment
about
the
washing
machines.
I
haven't
lost
any
money
yet.

I
have
stayed
in
this
apartment
complex
for
3
years.
Those
three
years
were
wonderful.
A
lot
have
improved
in
this
apartment
complex:
1.
The
washing
machines
and
dryers
are
great.
you
can
pay
online
to
use
it
and
time
it
accordingly.
Much
improved
as
compared
to
2018
machines.
They
even
have
two
carts
to
move
your
laundries
around
(to
be
kept
in
the
laundry
room).
2.
Maintenance
service
is
amazing.
The
two
guys
knows
how
to
fix
everything
and
they
are
prompt.
They
will
also
help
you
with
other
stuffs
if
you
need
their
help.
Cleaning
lady
is
very
sweet
and
helpful.
3.
Olivia
is
the
new
manager
there.
She
is
fast
in
responding
and
very
helpful.
4.
COVID
Precautions:
They
have
hand
sanitizers
in
the
elevators
and
at
both
entrances.
I
have
never
seen
it
run
out.
Limited
number
of
people
in
elevators
(COVID
precautions).
Gym
is
open
with
2
people
at
a
time.
5.
They
have
issued
stickers
to
be
placed
on
individual
cars
belonging
to
certain
apartment.
You
can
even
rent
out
a
designated
parking
space
if
you
want
to.
6.
Door
opening
when
you
lost
your
key,
there
is
no
more
a
fee
attached
(not
so
sure
about
it
but
I
was
not
charged).
7.
My
AC
was
not
working
and
I
informed
Olivia.
The
same
day
it
was
replaced
with
a
new
one.
8.
Designated
space
to
throw
away
your
thrash,
recycles
and
big
furnitures
(Always
been
there
since
2018).
9.
Safety
of
my
online
orders
as
all
orders
are
left
in
the
basement
and
few
in
level
1.
(I
tend
to
order
a
lot
and
even
took
a
Parcel
Pending
subscription
in
2018,
then
it
was
$20
once
time
payment.
Totally
worth
it).
The
post
boxes
are
huge
to
fit
all
stuffs
without
needing
to
fold
them
(as
compared
to
most
old
postboxes).
If
there
was
anything
I
would
suggest
to
improve:
1.
Using
credit
card
to
pay
house
rents
without
a
fee.
2.
Emails
instead
of
paper
notifications.
3.
A
shopping
cart
to
transfer
stuffs
from
Level
1
to
any
floor
(Just
like
the
ones
in
the
laundry
room)
If
I
am
ever
back
in
New
Brunswick
and
want
to
live
in
an
apartment
I
will
definitely
chose
Landing
Lane
Apartments
again.
