My family and I stayed in one of the North Brunswick unit for about 5weeks because we sold our home a month earlier than expected before closing on our new home(this was in 2020) hence we needed a place to stay ASAP. I definitely would recommend NJSTR , all the staff members I interacted with were very professional and friendly. They did their outmost best to meet our needs and I appreciated that greatly. The apartment had everything which made it easy to settle in with our children. All we needed to bring were clothes/personal items and food.

I had such a pleasant experience with NJSTR in one of their North Brunswick units. The convenient location made it easy to get things done as I was in the process of moving out of the tri-state area. Upon arrival, basic items such as cleaning supplies and toiletries were available for use. Monthly rent could also be easily paid through their online portal which made things hassle-free. Erica and Fran were extremely helpful with getting me set up with a unit and I hope to enjoy another stay soon!

We needed a 3 month rental for our son to receive medical treatment in Morristown. It was very hard finding an apartment that was decent and reasonably priced. The NJSTR folks were terrific. Fran and Erica were very helpful and professional. Apartment was clean and functional in a decent neighbourhood. Can’t fault their systems, website worked well. All in all a great experience. Highly recommend.

We highly recommend New Jersey Short Term Rentals! Family of 4, with a dog, stayed in a Woodbridge unit for 6 weeks.Everyone that We dealt with on their staff, was so friendly, helpful, there for us at anytime! We were in a jam and needed a place within days, they got us right in, the whole process was so easy! The unit we stayed in was perfect for us, it was roomy, super clean, fully stocked with anything you needed, from new towels, sheets, any kitchen item you can think of, all the essentials that you could of and use on a daily basis! The complex itself was great, neighbors were friendly, close enough to walk into Town and close to any where you wanted to go by car! I would definitely stay there again! I give it 5 Stars! I had a 6 month stay with New Jersey Short Term Rentals and the it was great. I had a furnished apartment and I was very satisfied with everything. Their service is impeccable. Anytime I had any questions or needed any help with anything, the staff would respond to my emails quickly and help me resolve my issues. They were even quick to reply on weekends which helped ease a lot of stress on my end with any issues that ever came up. I have stayed at many apartments over the years and I can't think of one that has had as Profesional and as courteous of a staff as New Jersey Short Term Rentals. I highly recommend staying with them!

We had an enjoyable stay at the Bridgewater location in a 3 BR furnished apartment for a month and a half with little kids. The area is family friendly and close to a variety of shopping and entertainment. The apartment was clean and tidy with well maintained amenities. The staff were very helpful during the renting process and hospitable throughout our stay. They were quick to help me troubleshoot a WiFi issue. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would certainly recommend them.

We stayed in fully furnished apartment (27K) in Hidden for a week due to our home renewal. Actually we booked in Extended Stay, but due to COVID, we decided to rent an apartment and we found ‘NJ short term rentals’ on the web. Without any explanation we just checked, but it was to our surprise the apartment was well furnished with all the Kitchen utensils/ utilities. Two spacious Bedrooms and one den was a perfect fit for our family. The apartment was well maintained and the staff Erica and Fran were very friendly in getting the apartment in short notice and also in Vacating process. We would strongly recommend this place.

(Our stay was Aug 2021- April 2022) I looked up information about NJSTR, and the location of the rental that I was interested in. NJSTR could work for our relocation from California to New Jersey, and after I called and talked with them, I knew I found the right short term rental company. We didn't want to sign an extended lease on an apartment while looking to buy a house because we didn't want to be stuck in a lease or have to pay to get out of a lease if we did find a house before the lease was up. NJSTR was the answer. We were able to stay month to month. It was fully furnished, and we could keep our dog with us and not have to board her at a kennel. It was so helpful having everything already here set up and ready to use when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with silverware, plates, bowls, toaster, blender, rice cooker, pans, frying pans, and baking pans, etc. These might not have been as important if we were staying only a few days. Yes, eating out is nice, but having the option to cook at home is a must. Driving through the neighborhood was lovely with all the beautiful landscaped yards. The apartment complex is so beautiful as well. It has incredible evergreen trees throughout, giving a very rural and peaceful relaxing feel. Moving can be stressful with packing, and saying goodbye to friends and family...... so finding anything that made the transition less stressful was important. When I called NJSTR, I spoke with employees that eased my stress of renting a short term rental sight unseen. I found the right place and the right company to work with.
