This
was
a
very
disappointing
and
frustrating
experience.
The
room
was
ok,
but
several
spots
were
not
cleaned
well
(especially
the
bathtub,
where
there
was
a
lot
of
hair
from
previous
guests).
But
my
main
problem
was
the
rude
and
unprofessional
behavior
of
the
front
desk
staff.
We
had
booked
a
room
with
two
beds,
but
we
were
given
a
room
with
only
one
bed.
I
understand
that
mistakes
can
happen,
and
it's
not
a
big
deal.
However,
considering
the
price
category
of
this
hotel,
I
expected
a
more
professional
and
friendly
response
to
such
a
situation,
like
giving
us
the
room
we
had
booked
or
at
least
apologizing
for
the
mistake.
However,
when
I
kindly
and
calmly
informed
the
front
desk
clerk
that
the
room
we
received
was
not
the
one
we
had
booked,
his
immediate
response
was
nothing
but
rude
and
disrespectful.
He
didn't
even
check
the
system
and
tried
to
convince
me
that
I
must
have
made
a
mistake
in
my
booking
and
not
reserved
a
room
with
two
beds.
Only
after
showing
him
the
reservation
confirmation
did
he
finally
check
the
system
and
confirm
that
I
had
indeed
booked
a
room
with
two
beds.
Nevertheless,
instead
of
offering
an
apology,
he
simply
stated
that
there
were
no
rooms
with
two
beds
available
anymore
and
that
there
was
nothing
he
could
do.
If
there
had
been
even
the
slightest
apology
for
the
hotel's
mistake,
I
would
have
completely
understood,
and
it
wouldn't
have
been
a
problem.
However,
the
way
the
front
desk
staff
handled
this
situation
was
completely
unprofessional
and
made
the
whole
experience
frustrating
and
disappointing.
Also,
after
reading
other
reviews
online,
it
seems
that
many
other
people
had
similar
issues
and
complaints
about
the
front
desk
staff's
behavior,
so
I
can
definitely
not
recommend
The
Heldrich
hotel
and
won't
stay
here
again.
