Nice little place with good food and friendly service. We had the perfect round table for our group. The warm pita bread with dipping sauce was hard to stop. For vegetarian, we got the salad, falafel, and mixed appetizer plate, and they were filling. The Stuffed Grape leaves were okay. Friends who enjoy non-veg food have raved about the dishes. We got the Kunefe with a candle to celebrate a birthday, and the staff played lovely music and danced away delightfully! The TV in the corner had some beautiful videos of the Mediterranean region.

Five stars. Happy to find this restaurant and we will be going back many times. Everything we had was delicious. We started with complementary pita bread and home made secret dipping sauce (my guess, sun dried tomatoes, herb and oliver oil) that tasted amazing. Tasty hummus and Namli salad (recommend). We ordered the mixed grill for Two and the meats were all cooked just right. We also ordered Turkish coffee, very nice!! Recommend dining in since the meat/food tastes the best right out of the kitchen, especially for grilled food. Take out or delivery kabobs/meat may lose the tender/juicy taste. The owner lady was super friendly. Parking in the back and easy access. Highly recommend.

What an amazing Turkish family owned restaurant!!! The chef/owner is so friendly and took time to talk to us. Food is just out of the world. Everyone we met there was so friendly and happy to feed us. We tried the Namli Family Grill Combo and it was so much food! Came with the Namli salad, 4 appetizes and a whole bunch of chicken and lamb. Don't miss the mami dipping sauce!!

The service is really nice – the waitresses are very friendly The restaurant is beautifully decorated inside The humus tasted so good (though I was expecting more humus for ~$10) The veggie grill was good, but I would love to try other things on the menu

Amazing experience, one of the best Turkish restaurants I've been to in USA so far with authentic flavors, great quality food. Lentil soup was brilliant, eggplant salad, kunefe, the kebabs, brilliant. Hospitality was also 5 Star

Today is my 3rd visit to Namli, & I'm sure ill come again & again one of the best Turkish restaurants in NJ. Every-time i home, the staff are very friendly with outstanding smile. Visited the Namlli for the first time and wasn’t disappointed but it also didn’t meet the expectations that you may get from the reviews. Overall my score for the whole experience (location, service, food, and noise) is 3 ✨, considering the competition in the quality of restaurants in North East! The Shepard Salad and yogurt appetizer were my favorite. Thank you🙏🏻

appetizers are a big hit, loved each one and the soups were also tasty 10/10 for the mains we felt they were just a little lacking in taste, maybe just salt. there was no sauce either. knufe not as cheesy as I like it but i enjoyed it. Still a good time and good service, would recommended to try it and see for yourself.

Delicious and fresh food. The staff is knowledgeable and help you pick out what you would like to order. They also have a few good vegetarian options as well! Falafels were fresh, and they serve pita bread with a delicious sun dried tomato dip.

One of my favorite places to eat. Everything here taste great. We love to come as a family and the atmosphere is amazing. The owners are so Courteous and attentive. We always order the Namli salad. It’s amazing. Another favorite of our is the mix kebab. For desert I recommend the Knafeh. (chok.tatli) (delicious)

Absolutely fantastic. The food is delicious and fresh, they give you this great starter called Mama's sauce with warm pita. The owners are so nice and attentive to your needs.

This is a BYOB gem! We ordered a small mix grill platter, falafel and small mixed cold appetizers. The meat was juicy and cooked to perfection, everything was fresh. The servers are friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this place.

We came here for our anniversary and absolutely loved it!! Everything is so fresh, homemade, and they even have their own family recipes that are delicious. Their falafel is so crispy and flavorful. Their hummus is creamy and the tahini comes through!! The babaganoush is to perfect! Most of all, we loved the mama’s sauce and would come back just for that! So vegan & vegetarian friendly, amazing service and overall would highly recommend coming here.

I tried the doner iskander, the adena kabob in yogurt and the kunafa. The doner iskendar was good but could use a little more sauce. Was not a fan of the adena kabob in yogurt. The kunafa was fresh and very tasty and not too sweet.

This is a hidden gem! Beautiful and elegant dining area inside. Patio seating outside in the evening. Service was friendly and helpful with ordering. The food was a bit salty, but tasteful. Would certainly come back to order more.

My roommates and I came to Namli for the first time and we treated with such kindness and care! Our waitress Asude was very welcoming and her customer service was incredible. Most of our orders were a bit delayed, so in the meantime, she put one of our dishes on a heating rack in the back while we waited. The food was delicious and we will definitely be back!

I went to Namli because it was recommended by one of my friends who had gone there prior. I loved that there was plenty of parking in the back around lunchtime because I used to go to rutgers and know how hard it is to find parking in new brunswick. we started with the mixed cold app platter (not pictured) with came with four cold appetizers (we got baba ghanoush, eggplant with sauce, ezme and tzaziki sauce) and fresh pita bread. as someone who had been to greece, it had such a similiar feel to greek food, very fresh and not too overpowering in flavor (which is hard to come by in the US-its very easy to tell the difference!) my friend and i also split the lamb kebab with yogurt (which came out shortly after) and wow. the lamb was perfectly tender and the yogurt was a perfect cooling effect. i was a little hesitant to order lamb because its expensive but it was worth it! not only that, but all of our dishes were so beautifully presented and came out quick--i had a good handful of people reach out to me on instagram asking where i was! we finished with the turkish tea (we had ordered the turkish coffee but didn't mind the mixup since we were enjoying ourselves) and it came in the cutest cups. it was $36 for each of us (including tax and tip), but so worth it. the owner was also very bubbly and super friendly! i will def be coming back again the next time im in new brunswick! probably one of the best greek restaurants ive been to :)
