There are no words to praise this practice for help and assistance provided to me for my COVID test before my cataract eye surgeries. Due new SOP every patient has to go through 72 hours before any surgery. It is quite tight schedule when your surgery on Monday or Tuesday. To get results from lab for such schedule, it is quite challenging. However due to help by Dr. Ozcon I got test results on time to go through my surgeries. The office is at convenient location with reasonable parking spots. Office has clean environment with helping office staff. This is family practice with convenient appointments are available.

I was a little hesitant first since this is a new practice. But after the first visit, we, as a family, changed our primary care to Dr. Uzun including my 5 years old son. Dr. Uzun was very helpful and informative, staff is also very responsive and professional. Office has a very convenient location. Everything is brand new and extremely clean. I highly recommend taking advantage of this office now since it is a new practice, their schedule is usually available. Dr. Uzun followed up pretty quickly after lab results and explained all future steps.

I was looking for a primary care physician and found Dr.Uzun. He is very thorough and caring and explains things in a very easily digestible way. Everyone is very kind, very polite and extremely professional. They all take care of you and take interest in your life and make you feel very much apart of a new little family. I am very satisfied with my experience so far and do very much plan to continuing going for all my medical and overall health needs

I was browsing Family Doctors/ Practitioners within the area with a credible background and quality service. During a serious time of need Dr Ozcan spoke to me, explained my options to me, was flexible and helped me get through an extremely difficult time and is insisting on periodic maintenance of Health. That is all one can really ask for from a Dr— a good bedside manner, knowledge and overall support. I highly recommend Dr Ozcan and will be coming back in two weeks!

Dr. Uzun is excellent doctor! He is very polite and you feel he takes care of your health. He explains everything. Highly recommended!

Doctor Uzun is absolutely amazing!! He listens to your concerns and does his best to resolve all the medical issues you have. He is wonderful with children and very compassionate and understanding with his patients. I am so glad I found him on ZocDoc. I wish I had found him sooner. His staff is attentive, understanding, and communicates. My husband hates going to the doctor but feels very comfortable with doctor Uzun. I would recommend Dr. Uzun to anyone!!

Recently went in for the first time and everything from the reviews are spot on. Everyone at the office is really kind and helpful. Dr. Uzun is engaging and genuinely attentive in his interactions with you. Highly recommend.

My entire family goes to Dr Uzun and have had nothing but the most positive experiences with him. He takes a lot of care when dealing with your symptoms, listens to what you have to say, and is very caring in how he deals with patients.

I tried setting up an appointment on their website, every time time slot that was available it would then tell me was unavailable. When I tried calling the office every extension goes straight to voicemail except for billing where a girl was kind enough to set up an appointment for me. No parking lot for patients. The young man at the counter was very rude and treated me like I was stupid. Very condescending. I felt like I was an issue to him just for showing up to my appointment. The Dr. Ozcan would ask me questions and as I was answering he would speak over me leaving me feeling unheard or uncared about. He also treated me like I was stupid and not just being diligent by getting tested. Then after all that, he had the audacity to invite me to visit him as a regular patient. The next day I am trying to find out how I will receive my results since that was never explained to me since I was treated like a pariah, and again every line straight to voicemail, billing rings but went to voicemail in the end. I would never recommend this place to someone I hate nevermind friends or family.

I do not like leaving reviews at all so you so me leaving this means my experience was terrible. Hands down the most infuriating operation of a business I’ve ever seen. Everyone that works there acts confused by the smallest thing and gives you this condescending tone when you ask anything. Doctor also won’t write more than 1 script at a times for emergency inhaler medication so you have to keep coming in just for a script if you need the medicine regularly. Overall not at all a good office to work with.
