    No pressure at all. Eloy was very respectful of my opinions and made a fantastic effort find exactly what I wanted, since they didn’t have it on the lot. Also worked with me on my trade that was acceptable to me.

    I typically feel good about the work that's done on my vehicle but last couple times I had my oil changed the technicians forget to reset my reminder on my car. Small issues but seems like the staff is rushed or not paying attention to details. That's concerning especially with the price we pay for the dealer experience.

    I just wanna say what an awesome place!! Thanks Alex, Matt, and Nathan!! I’m 600 miles from home someone wanted my 8.4in infotainment system in my gladiator more than me. The were the only dealership in a 100 mile area that had the passenger side window in stock, made room for me on a friday before Labor Day.

    I want to give a loud and hearty shout out to Matt and the crew in the Collision Dept. Today, and on very short notice, they quickly and professionally removed/replaced my driver side taillight assembly on my 2017 Fiat Spyder. While this doesn't sound like a huge deal TRUST ME - this no simple straight-forward job. Kudos to you guys and thank you for a great job!!! Jerry

    Sue in the service department has absolutely atrocious customer service. She is rude, condescending and outright unhelpful. Eli on the other hand was a pleasure to work with 1 out of 3 times I tried to get my new Jeep in for an oil change. I requested the top manager of the service department to contact me in regards to the service I have received. We'll see if Sue will pass along the message, or maybe she'll tell me to go get my free oil change for buying a brand new jeep at the centerville location again for the 2nd time. Doesn't seem to like to assist people who don't purchase directly from their lot.

    The sales staff were some of the nicest people to work with. Very knowledgeable, really to answer any questions we had. I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a vehicle.
