renovated

Donuts
on

Pike,
and
I
must

I
was
thoroughly
impressed
with
the
upgrades
they've
made.
The
first
thing
that
caught
my
eye
was
their
modern
and
clean
layout
which
instantly
gives
off
a
welcoming
vibe.
The
addition
of
self-order
kiosks
was
a
game-changer
for
me.
The
convenience
of
being
able
to
customize
my
order
with
just
a
few
taps
on
the
screen
made
the
whole
process
quick
and
hassle-free.
Plus,
the
user-friendly
interface
made
it
incredibly
easy
to
navigate.
The
self-order
kiosks
also
helped
to
streamline
the
ordering
process,
reducing
the
waiting
time
significantly.
I
didn't
have
to
stand
in
a
long
line,
and
instead,
I
could
breeze

my

and

as
well.
They
were
more
than
willing
to
assist
with
any
questions
I
had
or
provide
recommendations
from
their
extensive
menu.
Their
warm
and
welcoming
attitude
added
an
extra

of
enjoyment
to
my
visit.
Overall,
the
renovation
at
Dunkin'
Donuts
on
Concord
Pike
is
a
massive
success.
From
the
convenience
of
the
self-order
kiosk
to
the
cleanliness
and

staff,
everything
was
top-notch.
I
highly
recommend
