Every time we order at least one thing, if not half, of our order is wrong. Tonight was even worse. My daughter was about half way done eating her quesadilla when she had something get stuck to the roof of her mouth. Once she got it out of her mouth we realized it was a latex or acrylic paint chip and pieces of plastic!

Almost every time we go thru drive though they get our order wrong I mean maybe once in a while they get it right, but most of the time they just grab whatever is already made, and give it to us and this happens most of the time during the mid dayshift we usually order Chicken chalupa’s with no lettuce And Supreme crunch wraps with no lettuce and no tomatoes and when the street tacos were in available, they were hard eat or just Not edible as if they were sitting there for a good hour to half hour and what if we had an allergy problem or allergic reaction to certain toppings which we asked for off But still Receive If I by accident said topping was ate what would the consequences if said topping was ate because the lack of Consideration

Sucked. As usual. Was convenient and we were hungry.. Filled the gap. $40 dollar later my family ate it and we went to bed. Better then $60 I guess for a decent meal? UGGGHHH.

Every time I go to taco bell my food is either burnt or not done at all.... I will not be going back

On our last visit, we waited 25 minutes for our order placed on the app for dine-in. My parents ordered at the same time at the counter and had their food in about 5 minutes. All others who had app orders waited forever too. Another guy said he waited 20 minutes too. After 15 minutes, I went to the counter and said, "excuse me" a few times. The guys on the line looked right at me ignored me. One guy even told another employee he wasn't going to answer. After saying excuse me FOUR TIMES, someone finally came over and told me "it'll be a while." No apologies, no explanation. They didn't even call our name or anything when the order was done. Half of the order was wrong, but we were so finished with dealing with them that we just ate it anyway. Not to mention it is ALWAYS freezing in there. I have no interest in going back again.

Soft Shell tacos are as great as always and the service is excellent and with a smile and Nacho salad that was very good.......

Went through drive through was missing multiple items, called in and was treated like I was luring, came to restaurant and was insinuated that I was lying and manager did not do anything to rectify the fact that I had to travel back to the store to fix their screw up, awful experience. Terrible management!

New Castle taco bell is garbage!!!! they never get my order right and when I go back they never make it right and act like you are inconveniencing them. Food tastes horrible. cold under cooked chicken on my chalupas. Taco meat never done, hard and crunchy. $6 for hard cold and stale cinnabon delights. given them multiple chances but i’m DONE. I will not return. If i could give no stars, I would.
