On
our
last
visit,
we
waited
25
minutes
for
our
order
placed
on
the
app
for
dine-in.
My
parents
ordered
at
the
same
time
at
the
counter
and
had
their
food
in
about
5
minutes.
All
others
who
had
app
orders
waited
forever
too.
Another
guy
said
he
waited
20
minutes
too.
After
15
minutes,
I
went
to
the
counter
and
said,
"excuse
me"
a
few
times.
The
guys
on
the
line
looked
right
at
me
ignored
me.
One
guy
even
told
another
employee
he
wasn't
going
to
answer.
After
saying
excuse
me
FOUR
TIMES,
someone
finally
came
over
and
told
me
"it'll
be
a
while."
No
apologies,
no
explanation.
They
didn't
even
call
our
name
or
anything
when
the
order
was
done.
Half
of
the
order
was
wrong,
but
we
were
so
finished
with
dealing
with
them
that
we
just
ate
it
anyway.
Not
to
mention
it
is
ALWAYS
freezing
in
there.
I
have
no
interest
in
going
back
again.
