Been absolutely horrible since covid. Service is negative 5 stars, good luck catching them open when they should be, went early a.m. (windows say 24/7) ordered on mobile. drive in, and they are closed, lady at window informed me they close every night for an hour.... i was there 2 hours before the time she stated, Asked her why they closed early, she said they were understaffed. There was 6 people behind the counter, 4 not in mcdonalds clothing, no hair nets, all 6 ( the two employees plus the 4 casual dressed) looked like they hadnt showered in a month of sundays. Unfortunately all 3 of my last visits have been simular. Their day shift is OK but don't bother trying their night shift, they're disgusting (if you can get food at all)

A huge perk to this establishment is that it has an indoor playplace for those winter days. As a McDonald's goes, it's mostly what you would expect from any other one. Easy to get when out and about.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Everything was cold. I guess that’s a bonus for the ice cream. They forgot 3 things when handing us our food we had to keep going up to ask for it. (Cups, bacon, ice cream) we are traveling across county moving and trying to stay on a strict schedule. We figured stopping at a truck stop McDonald would be a good idea. Wrong. If you want fast food go across the street to Burger King. If I could give no stars if I would.

This McDonalds with a new interior redesign looks fantastic on the inside. Not only does it look fantastic with a modern inside and play place but also the customer service was remarkable. Our cashier was patient with our family. Our three children were having difficulty ordering and he was patient. The food when prepared was as good as any McDonalds that I have dined at! I would have given it a higher rating, BUT the exterior of building is in serious disrepair. Bad is the exterior, I questioned if I should rate it lower. Passing through, I will definitely get off the interstate to visit. I only hope that the owners make improvements because the exterior needs it!

Young boy running the register was too busy giving his family free food rather than take my order. While waiting for our food an employee runs straight into my wife almost knocking her over and says nothing. Instead the punk kid at the register wants to continue making me upset by running his mouth. My advice is to stay away from this McDonald's

You can NEVER get Friendly Service Sucks👎The Fries are NEVER Hot and Fresh. What the heck I asked nicely about getting bagged separately and They Gave Me A Dang bag to do it Myself. I have NEVER gotten my Money's worth at this Establishment. If me or my kids want McDonald's I travel 20 minutes away, to Knights town for them to get it Right 👍 Look I go there FOR My Kids and if you can't go to work and do your Job Right, then Quiet and either Retire your Lousy Nasty Attitude, or just find somewhere else to Work!!! I would rather go to Wendy's at Least they know how to Make it right.

Oh my goodness! Best McDonald's I have ever had. The breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious! The coffee was fantastically awesome! When in New Castle I will eat there again.

Liners were stocked in the bathroom changing station. And the staff worked swiftly and calmly. Great environment and amazing crew.
